First when we called to set up a time to meet at my property to add on to our existing septic system, they left me waiting over an hour. Then we kept calling to see when they could do the job and the wife would never call us back even though she said she promises someone would. This went on for 3 months. Crunch time came and our new house on our property was almost done and waiting on us to complete the septic, so we had another company do it instead. SURPRISE everything got done in just a couple of weeks. That is the way it was supposed to go.
