The camera , the pipe and found the obstruction. The sewer auger made short work of this. When he put in the wet jet to flush the debris out of the line , he didn't have the water on and it caused the jet to get stuck. It took them 2 hours to get the jet unstuck. I ended up telling them how to get it out. At this point , they said they would not put the jet back in there to flush the line. I said , okay , I'll call someone else to do it. Then they bring me a bill $470. They charge me for each tool. They used and then three hours labor. Remember , two hours of this was getting their tool unstuck because of his mistake. I refused to pay this amount. I told the owner $200 was fair seiing how the problem wasn'tresolved, but I would give him $250. This still was not good enough for them , so it ended up costing me $300. The original quote was a $180. So due to the lack of knowledge on how to use the tool, by the tech ryan, i ended up paying almost double and the problem is still not fixed. I would never use this company again! And I recommend no one ever uses them!
