Maywell health is the BEST!!! I suffer with a terrible chronic pain disease one that is not very…read morecommon and it took me years and years to get a diagnosis but then even more years to find help in dealing with the disease. I was treated like a guinea pig and it was horrible. A couple of months ago I was desperate for help so I was searching doctors on zocdoc and found Dr mayorson at Maywell health. When I walked into my first appointment I automatically felt welcomed the staff was so nice and then I met with Rebecca who is the PA and I told her my story and she listened and was so so compassionate and just kept apologizing that I had been suffering so long with no help. She was so so knowledgeable about what disease I have and she literally brought me to tears because for the first time in 7 years I felt heard and I felt some hope that maybe the pain could get better. I then met Dr mayorson and I can't say enough nice things about him. So caring and also so compassionate. Right away he got me in for a nerve block procedure and a ketamine infusion. He also put me on meds and he has been in contact with me whenever I have needed him. Rebecca also referred me to work with there social worker at Maywell health which I think is amazing they have a therapist that will work with you to help you through your pain and her name is Lisa. She is AMAZING!!! I have only met with her 3 times so far and I can't tell you how much she has already helped me. She makes me feel like I am not alone and she always says she will be next to me to fight with me and to me that just means so much. She is wonderful truly. God really really answered my prayers and blessed me with Maywell health. Anyone needing pain management please don't hesitate to go to Maywell health they are the best and they have a couple of different locations!!

What was once an active lifestyle of hiking, biking and kayaking, now became sedentary because of pain. I heard a commercial on the radio about Dr. Keith Solomon and did some research to see if this was legit, as I am a skeptic. I kept saying I was going to call and make an appointment but I was busy with PT and medical massages and acupuncture, those all feel good but weren't doing the trick for me. I finally got the nerve up to call and make an appointment with Dr. Solomon and I haven't turned back. By the 4th treatment I was walking out without pain in my leg and now it is 12 weeks later and pain is not even a thought anymore, in my leg. Yes I have more work to do, but I can walk again, baby steps for now but I know I will get there. I can't be more grateful to Dr. Solomon for understanding what I was feeling and for really wanting to make me better. Also, Kayla, the assistant is wonderful and helpful.

Big Waste of Time! I called this place because I needed somewhere local to go to for decompression…read moreof my 4 herniated discs. Currently I do decompression in the city. Let me start by saying when you call most chiropractic offices (from experience) they take your insurance information over the phone, they then verify your insurance and then call you back so that before making your fist appointment you know what you are/aren't covered for. This place refused to do that and insisted I go in for a free evaluation first. I agreed and I drove 30 minutes to the office address listed on their website which is 2071 Merrick Road in Merrick. When I arrived the office was empty and when I called them they informed me they moved their office to a location in Hempstead. Already I was inconvenienced since they hadn't bothered to initially give me new address over the phone . Nevertheless I decided to drive to their new location and I completed the evaluation with Dr. Nersesov. But of course I couldn't receive any kind of treatment on my first visit because the insurance had yet to be verified. He informed me decompression wasn't covered but that he would check my benefits and let me know my coverage. As mentioned I receive decompression treatments in the city so I was optimistic they would bill my insurance for it. In any event they asked me to make another appointment for following week and I did based on the assumption that by my next appointment they would call me to let me know what is/isn't covered. After a few days I called them to ask what the insurance had told them about my coverages. The receptionist stated she couldn't give me that information over the phone but stated I was covered for "some stuff" and she insisted I come back to go over coverages with the doctor. Against my better judgement I went back since she did say I was covered for "some stuff." When I sat down with Dr. Nersesov again he informed I am only covered for unlimited chiropractic adjustments and not decompression. However he couldn't even give me an adjustment on this my second visit either because he hadn't requested pre-approval. I explained to him how I had been inconvenienced yet again and he stated he couldn't help me. Three trips to Spine Care Club including to the wrong office and 30 miles of driving and all I'm left with is, sorry we can't help you. I admit it's not their fault decompression isn't covered but they should have said so over the phone from the beginning. Dr. Nersesov was also not apologetic for the inconveniences they put me through with all the driving and the wrong address listed on their web page.
