Jasmine the receptionist was so sweet and accommodating. My mom actually suggested this place and after seeing her results I was totally down for getting a facial. I filled out a questionnaire basically asking questions about my skin type and my concerns. The whole process was about a hour or so long. Very relaxing , Izobella makes you feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. She's so gentle she has hands of an angel and she does massages too so call her make that appointment. I got dermaplane , and also a facial. I either have Connie or Bianca as my sugarist when I come and they are both amazing. They are personable and will make you feel completely comforable. I've learned so much about caring for my skin from them. I've gotten so many services, underarm wax, leg wax, upper lip wax, etc. A few months ago I had to have surgery and explained my situation and they were happy to extend my packages so they wouldn't expire because I couldn't come in for services. First off, my waxer was 10 minutes late, which is hilarious considering they are so 'strict' when it comes to customer tardines. Once she finally got started, she moved at a snails pace. the wax was way too hot and left burn marks on my skin. when I came home I noticed a whole patch by my eyebrows that she completely missed. what a waste of time and money. I'll be finding another place going forward.
