That doesn't make sense. That also was a lie because they have charged her twice now. She was worried about that and then when she got done the lady like oh yeah I asked my manager. It's OK. To be honest, the services there are subpar. I've visited several times for massages while in town from LA, and they've consistently been disappointing. The staff themselves have mentioned that it's a starter place. My advice for anyone considering gift cards here is to make sure to record the manager explaining how they can be used, as the rules seem unclear and always changing.
