I ordered baby furniture back in November with 8-11 week delivery time. After two delays and…read moremultiple emails sent to customer service I finally got a refund for my purchase. Many exchanges with customer service were rude and unhelpful, nobody seemed to care about the urgency of the order. This included a cot for a baby due to be born very soon. Instead I was mislead that my furniture would arrive at different times when clearly there was no possibility of a delivery at that point. To add insult to injury, on requesting again a refund I was offered a discount of 50EUR despite explaining my situation and that their new order date fell way after the due date of my child and approximately 6 months after placing my order. I would order from somewhere else.
