I had sent my pictures in to see if they could sell my items. I was told in the email to come on in…read moreand bring them that they could sell them for me. When I arrived, I was addressed by a woman that worked there who looked at my frames and told me "Sorry we cannot take these frames they have no pictures in them? " When I explained to her that I had received an email that instructed me to drop them off I was told the same answer and tried to tell me my frames which are churchill classics and in excellent condition were not going to be worth it for them to sell. I told her if that was the case I should have been told that before I drove all the way to the other side of town to bring them in. She tried to tell me that the email I had was some generic email that they send to everyone to bring them in. I had even sent a photo. I told her that answer was unacceptable, and I told her you are one of the rudest people I have ever met before I left. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my horrible experiences. Do not shop here or sell your things here if this is how they treat people. It cost money to drive from one side of town to the other these days and you don't need to waste your money.

However, the true appeal of this business is that they'll take a wide variety of items since they can sell certain items at auction, rather than being purely about melt value. For example, taking a bracelet they think will sell well at an auction that would otherwise not be worth its scrap metal value. The customer service was top-notch as well, very personable and i had a great time chatting about precious jewels and metals. I was very happy with my overall experience and highly recommend Grace Estate Buyers.

I looked at furniture at several places (Babcock, Ashley, American Freight, and mattress and…read morefurniture depot). A9 has a good selection and good prices, most, if not all the pieces are Ashley furniture. I looked up the piece I ended up purchasing on Ashley's website, but it was not there, so maybe they just buy out the furniture Ashley no longer sells. Anyway, my furniture was delivered the same day. The only problem I had was that i was told there would be a delivery fee and when i was at the store, I was not charged a delivery fee, so i figured maybe if I spend a certain amount, it was free. The guy came to my house with 3 of his young children (under 10 yrs old) to deliver my couch. I had to help him carry it inside, which doesn't make sense since it's a delivery fee. After it was inside, he asked for $70. Fortunately, I had enough cash to cover it, but thought this was a little shady/sneaky. He did not wait around until I unpacked the couch. Also, the pillows keep losing the thread, so they are pretty worthless. When I went outside after the delivery guy left, I noticed a cigarette butt on the ground as well, not at all professional. But if you can buy and pick up your own furniture, your in good shape.
