Since it has been years since i visited the dental office so you can guess there were x-rays needed to be taken, lots of cleaning done and other checks to make sure i keep chewing delicious food everyday I got there and they called me right in on time without any delay. Office is great and the staff was helpful. No long paperwork everything is on Ipad and things got done quickly. My X-rays were taken and then Dr. Patel checked them before the cleaning begun. everything looks good . Cleaning took like half an hour for the bottom teeths. The Dental assistant was great and funny and kept talking making me feel comfortable. She really did do a good job. The upper part was to be done in second session since that was going to take time . I got second appt within 2 days of first one. The second appt went really quick as well. I was done on time no extra waiting and the second dental assistant who did the cleaning was really nice as well. Dr Amlani came and said Hi and checked upon me knowing i was there couple of days ago and made sure everything was ok as Dr. Patel was with another patient. I am glad i went after many years. Teeths now Shine like a diamond (throwing lil Rihanna in there). Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr's it was a great experience.

I had heard bad things about the new partners that he had brought in, but never expected to be treated so poorly. I had a filling fall out and just wanted to have the tooth refilled. Instead I was told that they are not an emergency dental care facility, and if I do not come to the practice regularly for exams and check ups that they would no longer see me for dental care. Dr. Patel was condescending, dismissive, and clearly only interested in customers that represent an ongoing revenue stream. Even if I was welcomed back I would not go. I was charged $109 to sit in her chair and told she would not treat me. Outrageously bad customer service. To be clear...the filling that fell out was one that they had done on a root canal several years ago. Now they are saying the tooth is fractured and needs to be pulled but they do not do that there... really just at a loss for words.

After extensive research, this appliance (Essix) should cost maximum $450 and should include the office visit and fitting. I was charged a whopping $1676, more than three times the average cost. I am taking my business elsewhere because he quoted me a price of $7000 to fix the tooth and even suggested full mouth reconstruction, which no dentist had ever mentioned before in my life. I've been a patient for three years now and I've only had good experiences. Sherice at the front desk is always helpful with reminding me of appointments and answering my insurance/billing questions. Vanessa is a good hygienist. She and the other hygienists have convinced me to start flossing for the first time in my life. Their office is convenient to my office in Kendall Square and with an early morning or lunch time appointment, I don't miss any work. They have been ready for me on-time for each of my visits. Dr. Kosmidis has filled two of my cavities and installed one crown. (I think it's called a crown... maybe a "cap"... whatever) Each procedure as well as all my cleanings have gone well. I'm not sure what else to review about the dentist. Oh, he has a cool CAD/CAM mill that he used to fabricate my cap (crown?). As an engineer I enjoyed watching the machine create my new tooth part from a white block of ceramic.

Dr Centrella took a lot of time out of his day to explain the correct way to care for my teeth. He showed me different techniques and made it simple for me to follow the same steps at home. His team is fantastic. The hygienist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while taking x-rays of my mouth and throughout my visit. The office manager found the best, most affordable way to me to pay for the visit found a quick time to come back, that aligned with my schedule, and made sure I had the antibiotics and pain medicines to recover while working. I am extremely impressed and will not be looking for another dentist! You will not regret going to see Dr Centrella and his team.

The dentist, Dr…read more Saroha, was amazing and went out of her way to deliver friendly, pain-free, tooth-sparing dentistry. I even recommended them to my parents who both signed up. Then weird things started happening. I got billed for work that wasn't performed, they tried to charge me for x-rays clearly covered by my insurance, doubled-down and said I owed them money when I insisted it was covered, and then claimed "they deal with so many insurance plans they can't keep all of them straight" when I finally pulled up the plan myself and showed them. My parents got hit with "lab fees" that their insurance company said should have never been charged under their contract with the dentist. Lots of other "billing errors" that. Once is a mistake, but something was off basically every visit. Oh! And you get a "billing fee" every time their office screws up, which is fun. If I were a conspiracist, I might say that the office is struggling and they're trying to sneak in extras that patients are unlikely to notice. However, it can also be explained by a few bad hiring choices for office administrators. When I left the practice, I called to get a copy of my x-rays for the new dentist. The office assistant sent a collection of THUMBNAILS of the x-rays. Like, tiny grainy pictures for the new dentist. They got angry and insisted that they couldn't get me any other format, and that the files were just really small when exported and that they had never had an issue with it before. After some heated back and forth, the office assistant described the menu she was seeing in the software, I suggested things she could try to export them, she finally exported the images individually as high-resolution jpgs and sent them to me. Seriously, they hired morons. My family and I have left the practice.

(She is not selling you anything....I don't even think they sell products there.) I felt very comfortable with Diane. She was very patient and reviewed all my x-rays with me. Dr. Cho is so kind and unassuming. He is friendly, gentle and has a good sense of humor. He has never told me I need dental work that I don't need as has happened to me at another place. They ran over half an hour…read morelate first thing in the morning, and the technician who did my intake hadn't read any of the forms I filled out beforehand. That meant that I had to waste *more* time going through my history. Worryingly, the technician initially misrecorded multiple of my medications in dosage and name, not great for medical records. Zero signs of PPE in the office, none of the equipment was wrapped in plastic (dangerous since they were exposing myself and others to bodily fluids when taking X-rays in this way) and the 20 year-old X-ray machine looked especially poorly maintained. Left my skin tingling. Speaking of which, I had to pay +$100 for X-rays that were in no way necessary to what I was there for, I guess just padding the bill? The doctor himself was...fine, I guess. Wore his mask below his nose and told me nothing that I didn't already know about my condition. I will say he did provide me a pretty accurate estimate of how much my potential surgery would cost-except my insurance provider then gave me a different number that was almost $1,000 cheaper! Don't walk, run away from this office. Pretty bummed out because I think they provide care to underserved communities and I wish the standards were higher.
