This is especially upsetting because my experiences with this clinic in 2023/2024 was excellent, and I previously felt confident in the level of care provided. Unfortunately, the quality of care has declined significantly. At this visit, I was advised that Nikki's labs were "all good." I later learned that the appropriate labs for her symptoms were never performed, including basic indicators of infection such as a white blood cell count. When I took Nikki to my regular veterinarian on 02/26/26, he had to repeat the labs, and her WBC was found to be elevated, indicating infection or inflammation. Additionally, the X‑rays taken during the visit were poor quality and did not include proper spinal views. My vet advised the images were difficult to interpret and incomplete, requiring all imaging to be redone. Those repeat images revealed a prolapsed spinal disc, which was not identified or ruled out during the initial visit despite Nikki showing neurological symptoms. The vet at this clinic suggested a possible inner or middle ear issue and recommended motion sickness medication and an ear wash. When I asked if starting an antibiotic would be appropriate, I was told it was "invasive," which was concerning and unclear, as antibiotics are not invasive. Ultimately, my vet diagnosed Nikki with an infection affecting her central nervous system along with a prolapsed disc, requiring antibiotics and steroids--treatment that was delayed due to the initial misdiagnosis and incomplete diagnostics. Because of this visit: Nikki's infection and spinal condition went undetected Appropriate treatment was delayed Labs and imaging had to be repeated elsewhere My pet endured unnecessary risk, discomfort, and stress I am sharing this review because I previously trusted this clinic and had positive experiences in the past. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates diagnostic processes, imaging quality, and clinical decision‑making so other pets do not experience similar delays in care. To make matters worse, I paid $789.13 for this visit and left with no answers, and ultimately, the wrong ones. I then had to incur additional costs elsewhere to receive an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Our sons plan is to train him as a service dog due to his phenomenal demeanor to work with clients. We took him home and by the next day Quinn's nose was pouring green snot and he was super lethargic and having breathing problems. Bowie Drive staff got us in immediately & within a couple of hours we were told he was critically ill with double pneumonia. He was hospitalized, on IV antibiotics, on full time oxygen. I cannot say enough about the love and compassion they showed our fur baby. The communications to update us was excellent. They lovingly cared for him in hospital for 5 days and saved our boy! He wouldn't eat, so they encouraged us to bring him boiled chicken to eat...he prefers being hand fed better than eating out of a bowl..(spoiled already). He came home on oxygen but is doing great and we can see that despite the financial burden, (we knew God has great plans for Quinn, so we were called to take it on), Quinn has a bright future helping others and spreading love all over Texas! He came that morning and was very kind, compassionate and gentle so that my poor girl died peacefully - not stressed or agitated as she would have been if I tried to move her. It made a difficult situation much easier for both of us. I have used Dr. Wynn for general veterinary services ever since. He takes care of all my dogs and cats. He handles their vaccinations, treats many medical problems and is very nice about answering questions on the phone. There are some medical issues he can't address being a mobile vet but he has been able to handle most of my pets needs and it is so much easier than taking them to a vet in town. He does charge a trip fee to come out, but overall his prices are reasonable and I have found that I usually end up paying the same or less than vets in town who won't make a diagnosis without expensive lab tests. I decided I was going to cancel the membership but would wait until closer to to payment date. I call the office they tell me they can't cancel there and give me a 800 number. The cancellation department had so many calls they stop taking them in at 2 pm eastern according to the rep in a different department I spoke to. So I keep calling until I can request a callback through automated system. I get a callback 4 hours later that's how busy the cancellation dept was. The rep tells me they don't cancel accounts until you pay out the balance you owe! Huh???? I pay $70 a MONTH PLUS THE COST OF THE ISSUE plus COST OF PRESCRIPTION! she said sorry we will keep charging you and after 120 it will go on your credit! PLEASE Be aware!
