In addition Cheryl, the owner, is so sweet and accommodating--it is a pleasure to give business to such a passionate, artistic entrepreneur. Loved the slight heat the spicy mango gave, with the spice coming through right at the end of each bite. I thought the strawberry balsamic would be my least favorite, but it was so good. I liked how both had fruit pieces in them. I definitely plan to order more fudge from The Chocolatier's Palette in the near future. You'll find more in the hallway and they also have a selection of handmade gelato in the back. We picked up some chocolate covered strawberries that were being made for NYE, chocolate covered pretzels and a chocolate covered apple. The gal who took care of us included an extra chocolate covered strawberry because she felt that a couple of the strawberries was on the smaller side. I thought that was so sweet! All items purchased didn't last long. We had 8 people in the house, so you can imagine the speed of distribution and consumption.
