The folks at Employers Overload are the only adults in the staffing business in Longview. Their…read moreintention is to make the best match, not to fill their rolodex with lots of names. They treat their employees like adults; they communicate promptly, honestly and without games; they TRUST their employees and put their effort into building successful relationships. Other agencies in town may hold "job fairs" (which are just trolling exercises intended to collect names, not place workers). They may schmooze employers to buy business away from competitors (I have seen this happen). The other agencies in town COMBINED don't have the ethical foundation EO has. My observations are based on a successful working relationship with EO since the early 2000s as a candidate for work. They have placed me in responsible, well-paid positions that fit my skills and needs. I'm also influenced by my own years of experience as a hiring manager and staffing coordinator. Sherry Bean and the EO staff demonstrate all of the traits and practices that I appreciate in her field.

She acted like it was the end of the world, even though they let me know that I did not have to do it on my own time that I could do it in office there as well so to me it wasn't a huge deal and I don't believe it should have been to her either, but she made sure to mention how she didn't want to do the work for me And I sent the information a few days prior blah blah blah either way she's rude and probably needs an attitude adjustment as she was being rude to one the the other employees for "clicking too fast"
