We checked in, paid the copay filled out the paperwork and waited 45 minutes. I asked about the appointment and was told Dr. Brick couldn't see us since she wasn't aware we were there and that she thought we didn't show up. She told us it was the receptionist's fault and not hers, despite the fact SHE made the appointment with us a few days ago. She never asked the receptionist if we were in the waiting area and came out to say the psychological group and receptionist were at fault as well as us for not asking sooner!!!! She accepted ZERO responsibility!!!! My daughter was devastated!!!! NEVER EVER use this group!!!!!!

I emailed him through the portal as I waited on my appointment. Nothing. I called the office. Nothing. I emailed. Nothing. Finally, I sent a text and received a message back from the front desk to reschedule. I was told, he was running late. That rescheduled virtual appt. Nothing again. Never even showed up. I called the office and got a gal who was incredibly unprofessional. She said she'd tell him I was waiting... nothing. I texted back to forget it, I'd find a new doctor. Not even a confirmation of my text or apology for yet again, missing my appt time. Within my experience, this is a morally and ethically bankrupt practice. This doctor loved hearing his own voice more than listening to me and helping. Buh bye.
