He was very helpful and spent time helping me determine the problem. After an investigation through my whole home, not only where the noise was coming from, he identified in short order that it was a rogue squirrel who had found his way into my chimney and was in a panic... Problem solved. While checking the entire house we discovered some old termite tunnels with recent activity in places I would have never looked. He did an immediate spot treatment and came back to do my entire home for a full termite treatment. He did a clean and very professional job. He was thorough and caused little disruption while working. He cleaned up after himself thought-out the entire job which I really appreciate! I highly recommend him ... he is nice, professional, thorough answered all my questions and took all my calls, His fees were reasonable and very fair. I am completly happy with his service and will always call JL Pest Control moving forward for related services.
