We've been here a couple of times with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. They like this…read moretheater, even though there are several others which are closer to them, because the prices are lower than the others. The location / center in which this is located isn't that interesting, and the parking lot could use re-paving, but the interior is nice. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially the ushers. They mostly had teenagers working on Saturday afternoon, which is a nice change. I saw that because it can be hard for teens to get a first job these days. It's important for them to have that opportunity / responsibility. They encourage use of kiosks for selecting / paying for tickets. I prefer to have human interaction, myself. Our SIL ordered the tickets, and we paid for the concessions. There are steps up to the theater level from the slightly lowered lobby. There is a ramp to avoid the stairs, but it's a ways off to the side of the lobby floor, so I didn't use it. These days, stairs aren't my friend. The theater where we saw the move was clean and comfortable. The only real drawback was that the armrests, which were all set upright, were very difficult to lower. Maybe some WD-40 is needed to loosen them up a bit. It was a treat to snack on movie theater popcorn again and enjoy a movie with the family.

For new release movies they play them in the large theatres with plenty of seating options, speakers are loud and 2 emergency exits. Pros: great location, lots of places to go before / after, it's AMC, lots of parking spots (be aware that it can get packed depending on the day), great service. They have a snack bar, bar for adults, and a nice lounge. Cons: not the largest movie theater, shows can get filled fast, and parking lot can get full during the weekend. Plan accordingly and enjoy!

It was 5 icees, we came to the movies to celebrate Our Friends birthday, and to be soo mistreated and belittled for 5 icees Really It was embarrassing and humiliating. Soo sad

I'm not the type to complain or comment on how people want to run a business but I've been a…read moreregular guest for a few months now and almost every time without fail it looks as though this place is just a nightmare. I come here frequently mainly because of convenience, it's much closer to my home than any of the other locations that are about a 20+ minute drive but despite the consistent regulars they have, I am shocked that this place is still running. The lines to get popcorn and drinks are constantly overflowing which would make sense for busy movies, but I would hardly ever see more than a few people actually on a register helping guests while who I can only assume are managers, typing away on a computer at bar while they're workers are drowning. It's unprofessional. I remember wanting to see Spider-Man in IMAX screening a few weekends ago, and the place looked like the poor workers were barely hanging on by a thread. Some short little girl was being yelled at by maybe 3 groups of grown adults all at the same time, while there were only 2 other workers on a register taking guests, to then pawn them off to her. I don't know if she's a manager, because she did have on a different shirt than the others, but still. If she is, I feel sorry for her, AND her employees. To only have 3 people handling what looked to be hundreds with no other help that I saw, is outright unprofessional. Not to mention how sometimes I'll see workers blocking off parts of the lobby to mop where myself and others need to walk through in order to get our drinks and scan out tickets. It's crowded and creates a claustrophobic atmosphere where I then have to squeeze through workers smiling uncomfortably at me or other guests unaware of where they are walking. I like to stay to myself most of the time, wanting to watch my movie and then leave. So to have to navigate the lobby like a minefield just to get a drink is absurd. I don't understand why they can't just wait to mop once they're closed or when it's slow, It's not like the place is any cleaner than when they started. I've also had a few issues with the restrooms being absolutely disgusting. I don't even want to know about the biohazards that must be in the men's restroom, but both the women's and gender neutral are vile. I'm sure it's been more but twice already this month the gender neutral bathroom has been blocked off for whatever reasons. I asked one of the workers passing by about it one time and she just smiled awkwardly and said they were getting it in order and should only be a few minutes. It was definitely way longer than that. I really do feel bad for whatever poor worker they had locked up in there cleaning all kinds of things, but this also wouldn't be such a reoccurring issue if they just had the decency to take pride in their building more. The cherry on top of it all, is that the seats are frequently broken and uncomfortable. It's not uncommon to be flat out missing a cup holder, or to have a tear in the center of your chair, or just have it broken for the entirety of your movie. I had came a few weeks ago, to watch The Odyssey, only to have to leave my seat and let a worker know that it wasn't working properly. He told me that the best I could be offered was a voucher, which was useless to me because I'm an A-list member. I didn't want to give him a hard time, and went back to straining my neck and back to sit somewhat comfortably. What really compelled me to write this review though, is because of what happened tonight around 6pm. Out of nowhere, our screen turned off and we're being told there's been a power outage and to go to concessions to get a refund. Once again, the place is absolutely flooded and as I'm waiting in line for a refund for my food, I decided to cut my losses and just go home. I think tonight really highlighted everything wrong with this place. It's overcrowded, overpriced, and overwhelming. The workers look miserable and the place has never once been spotless. I'm not sure if this location is just facing an understaffing issue, or if they're low on funds but they seriously need to get their act together because this is just embarrassing. There always seems to be one issue after another with this place.

That was fine, we let the next person go. But when it was our turn for the next register, Bettie, the employee assisting us was even more unfriendly and annoyed. Maybe it was just an off day for them. We were just deciding what to order and were being friendly so I can only assume they were just having a bad day. Unfortunately that did set a low mood for us. Simple courtesy would've went along way instead of snarky answers to our questions. When we received our order Bettie seemed a little more relaxed which I appreciated. The nachos we ordered actually come with cheese straight from the spout and not prepackaged. The only thing is, now there is an extra charge for additional boxes. Thats ok, everything is more expensive. i get it. Now for the real deal. Onto the better experience. Inside the theater, there were recliner seats with trays and were very clean and maintained. Sound in theater was good and the screen was vibrant. Our actual movie watching experience was enjoyable, and even with the snack line experience, it was not too bad. Thank you!

Greetings to all film makers, cinema enthusiasts, and TV viewers:…read more I attended Panavision's Panafest in October 2007 which was very educational and very enlightening regarding learning how to operate the new 2008 film cameras, sound, and editing formats. While attending Panafest, Panavision showed several fim and video sequences where each cinematic viewer made individual determinations whether the film clip shot was either film or video footage. Pertaining to non-camera industry people: The movie making process is amping up to the highest levels of cinematic productions. What does this mean to cinematic movie attendees and TV viewers? The visual images shown on-screen will be more crisp, clean, and the colors far more vivid tham previous films exhibited. So, get ready to view the new 2008 movies shown at your local cinema theaters and also, please notice the difference with TV shows' productions values soar which will definitely show more impact on-screen. BTW: Panavision's has a film retail store and a retail coffee shop inside where you may buy some coffee, snacks, film production T-shirts, jackets, and other film memorabilia. Have fun learning about film making at Panavision . . . I am confident Panavision will change your views of the way you see film and TV productions in the future. Please call Panavision one month in advance to schedule a tour of the studio.
