Being able to sit comfortably at a table and chair while enjoying desserts and drinks makes the whole experience feel relaxed and special. I've done this twice now, once in March and again in August, and I was really impressed with the improvements. The dessert boxes have definitely changed and are much better now. Plus, you get a nice collectible pin (at least the one we received in August), which was a fun bonus. I'd honestly do it again if they offered a different version of World of Color. I was really hoping for a holiday version, but even with the same show, the dessert party experience itself is still awesome and highly recommended. Just don't expect too much with the desserts, cheese and drinks. To get our moneys worth, we did champagne instead of cocktails. Hot was yummy too!you're paying for the experience and convenience

The dessert bento box comes pre-prepped and can accommodate dietary restrictions. I enjoyed the light charcuterie with very tasty cheddar and crackers, my only challenge was a very thick brie wheel which didn't want to cut easily with bamboo utensils. I also would have loved a second set of utensils to swap out when I got to dessert. The standout was a lemon cake, followed closely by macaron, and the box is finished with a collectible FigPin. Beverage options are simple and limited, but still enjoyable. The signature cocktail, a Lavender Lemonade, was just a bit too sweet for me, so I went for Pinot Grigio instead. For non-alcoholic drinkers, sodas as well as coffee and tea are available.

I've taken my man here for date night and gone with friends but honestly I could go here by myself and still have a good time (coming from an anxious person). I also like that there's an upstairs balcony for when I need a quieter spot to step away for a bit. The bartenders, Alex and Taezon, were the highlight for me. They were running the bull the times when I went and they were hilarious, friendly and easy to talk to. Made the whole experience feel welcoming and low-pressure which made it easier to enjoy the moment. They were so cool I wanted to get their names so I hope they get recognition for all the work they do. A great bonus is that it is right across the street from the subway so I save money by getting there on the train.

After making a huge announcement and building excitement for your visit, we were left with an entire school full of anxious and eager students who were ultimately let down. Your failure to honor this commitment is not only unprofessional but also incredibly disheartening for the children who were looking forward to this event. When a commitment is made--especially one that involves young students--it should be taken seriously. Your actions (or lack thereof) have not gone unnoticed, and I strongly urge you to reconsider how you conduct your business in the future. This was a major letdown, and quite frankly, it is unacceptable.

As soon as I got out of the car, my kids asked where the loud music was coming from. The closer we got to CEC, the louder it got. Then we noticed a large crowd of people in front of CEC, young kids with their face painted like clowns, with adults scattered around them. They were blocking the parking lot with their two company vehicles (how I found out who they were), making it impossible for people to try and park or go through the lot. It was obnoxiously loud, and just unprofessional looking to be scattered in the street, krumping (?) I believe. I'm assuming someone hired them to celebrate a birthday...But the parking lot of Chuck E. Cheese was not the right time or place.
