Awesome great care, I am lucky I found Dr. K. My neck is working great and his staff was patient and kind.

I am a big hiker/snowboarder and was experiencing pain while doing my favorite activities and just in everyday life. This weekend went hiking in the Tetons and had no pain and got to enjoy the hike as humans are meant to. I owe that to the Impackt team!!! Excited to see how the snow season treats me with my knees feeling good and strong again. Feeling knowledgeable about what's going on inside my body and what needed to be done to heal it from within was also such a huge help.

They told me what exercises to do and then went back to another patient. Before coming back to UT, I checked my insurance to see which PT was in network near South Jordan. There were several but ImPackt stood out as the best choice for athletes and very active individuals (I love to golf, hike, and ski). I knew I made the right choice on my first visit. Not only was the location very convenient, but the office was bright, modern, and spotless. The care I received was completely different from New York. The therapists who cared for me were hands-on (massage, scraping, vibration, etc.), friendly, and so knowledgeable. And the knee bender machine they have was a game changer! If I ever need PT again, I'll definitely be calling ImPackt.

The hint should've been him coming into the surgery preop wearing cowboy boots with a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The surgeon seem to have some sort of a godlike attitude about him. Then this idiot goes right on vacation the day after my surgery to Italy and leaves his office assistant Amia in charge of returning his phone calls. She refused to return calls from me, my home, healthcare staff, and my home healthcare agency director. Went back in for follow ups. Now he wants to do a full knee replacement. Needless to say I'm very concerned about going back to this individual communication seem. Questioning people how would you like it if he did this to your knee? Minimal pain during recovery (90% of pain was from Physical Therapy, not the knee itself). Stopped needing any assistive devices at 2 weeks on.
