I reached out to each via their online chat/text feature as this was the easiest way for me to document my research with replies in writing. I found this method to be most helpful in avoiding any misunderstandings. Burbank Auto Detail staff member Mark was highly attentive and transparently provided all information necessary for me to make an informed decision on which service provider I would opt to work with. The cost for services rendered was competitive and when the warranty duration for it was explained, it became a no-brainer. He made it easy to schedule my vehicle's visit to the facility. On arrival, the experience was smooth. The requested service for my vehicle was performed with pure excellence. In following up post-visit, Mark even sent photos of the work as it was performed on my vehicle. Team Burbank Auto Detail is professional in every sense of the word. They are experts in their arena and I highly recommend use of their services.

They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! And detail your car while on work meetings, you can't ask for more. Scheduled through Yelp Communicated via text until arrival I cleared everything out of the car so they could detail properly Did my work meetings, and in an hour they were giving me a tour of what they did! I declined and asked him to do the service I booked. I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).

Very disappointing overall would not recommend. 9/21 reply to James comment below. 1. I didn't change the time you texted me requesting a later time to start and I said no because I had an appointment at 9 AM you said that was no problem 2. Even at the lower price it wouldn't have been worth it, especially with destroying the special card that you folded over and put in the console 3. you apparently do this every day, you were the one that promised you could do it in the time and when you got to the car you still said it was no problem and if it was a problem maybe you could've said hey I didn't finish it this time but I'll come back and finish it instead you didn't say anything and left it to me to point out all the problems 4. You did discount the rate from one $75 to $100. I texted you and said if you wanna finish the job one morning this week you can come back and do that and I'll give you the rest of the money. You did not respond. After 2 hours I said "never mind" and you thumbs up emoji'd that message, so clearly you were sending me a message that you had no interest in following up to finish the job 3. Pictures attached. Would you want your car returned like this after a detail? Third comment to reply to his updated reply below - you texted me at 8:34 AM, which was already late when I said I needed to leave by 8:30. - you say rude, I say I paid you your Venmo pointed out that the work was a little sloppy and went to my appointment. You've already fabricated the story about me telling you the time was different in the morning and now you're saying I'm rude. I guess you really only should get one star. All of which was avoidable had you just accepted my offer to take the rest of the payment and finish the job. Integrity would typically dictate that in someone but I guess there's a generational value of quality between us that you don't share. Good luck.
