My daughter actually made a friend while I was shopping, and they had a blast playing and browsing together. It was so cute to see. This store always has awesome deals and coupons. Sometimes in-store prices don't match what's online, but the manager is usually great about matching the online pricing if you ask. Personally, I prefer ordering online for in-store pickup because you get an extra discount that way. They have tons of clothes, cute shoes, and fun accessories for girls. That said, I really wish there were more options for toddler boys. I don't always see that same level of enthusiasm or variety in the boys' section. Also, keep in mind that some of the clothes do shrink after a few washes. I recommend air drying them if you have the time to help them last a bit longer. Overall, they have great uniform options if your kids need them this year! The store experience was good, but online shopping is still my go-to.

I was not trying to get my money back I was trying to exchange it for a bigger size. The lady told me they wouldn't be able to exchange it because they would not be able to Resell it. I've WORKED at retail before I know that you can do an exchange without tags because the codes are in the inside tag of the clothes and receipt. You can also remake tags and then resell it. I'm calling headquarters and they will have a problem. OH! Just an add on. They had a sign in the front entrance window stating that they were fined for OVERCHARGING on an inspection held on 6/9/14. Shame on them :)

The mall was open, so why not. H&M is known for their cheap but trendy clothes and I'll never forget discovering the brand when I visited New York City years ago. It's been an on and off again relationship ever since. I walked around checking out some of the wares. They had their holiday stuff out already. It was a few days prior to Halloween. Seems to get earlier each year, I swear. It looked like it might rain later that evening, so I bought a beautiful wool hat in grey with black details. We don't get to wear too many hats in California, but I sure do enjoy it when I get the chance. The staff was really helpful and I was excited that they had the hat in different sizes, not the one size fits all crap.

I was told by the worker that the fitting rooms just closed. I confirmed the store closes at 8:00 pm. He said they always close them 30 min prior to store closing. I asked why - there's still 30 minutes to shop so why can't customers try on clothing? He didn't give an answer. I told him (politely) his store will be losing a $200+ sale because they wouldn't let me try on clothing. I put everything back in its spot and walked out. I'll never support this location. I still can't wrap my head around it. Why close your fitting rooms while your store is still open? Is it a theft issue? People steal at all times of day. Is it a laziness issue because they don't want go-backs at the end of the day? Doesn't make sense considering the clearance section was atrocious anyways, they don't care how their store looks. I've never heard of a store policy so dumb before

Unfortunately, I will not return to this business any more. I was there today for a return because the size of the dress doesn't fit my child and had a very bad experience. They are refusing to give me my money back unless I give them my name, email address, home address and phone number. I think that is totally a violation of personal privacy information laws, and they provide no reason why they would need my address in the first place. They should put up a sign to warn people that if the customer want to return an item, they'll need the customer's almost their full personal information. My suggestion to you, do not buy any thing unless you know that you will not be returning it for sure. By the way, the girl who was helping me said that she is the store manager for this location.
