Based on the receptionist, I would switch doctors in a heartbeat & give this office 1 star. She can come across very rude, uncaring and sounds ignorant at times. Dr. Nguyen is quite the opposite. He's very attentive to you and your needs as a patient. He's also bilingual and speaks both English and Vietnamese. That's a plus! The reason why I gave them 4 stars is because it's the Doctor's practice, not the receptionist. There's no reason to punish him due to the lack of personality his receptionist has. He is an extraordinary physician and I would recommend him to others. (With a disclaimer of the belittling receptionist)

Since then, I have found him to be excellent at followup, an extremely competent physician, someone who is caring and interested in my health and the ways I can improve it, and makes himself available and responsive when needed. Additionally, EVERYONE of the specialists I see - (NONE of which are/were as a result of referrals from Zukerberg) - have unanimously had high praise for him and held him in the highest regard. As to Chloe W, I guess anything is possible, but based on my experience with both Zukerberg and his office staff, I find the claim to be dubious at best.

I love that you can have the pharmacy ping your doctor to refill your script without needing a ton of follow-up appointments for your regular medications. Once the doctors have seen you a couple of times, they really talk to you and get to know your situation. This is a great medical practice in my opinion.

I called on 9/22 and kept getting hung up on when they would say "please hold" finally I spoke to George the owner who to me to come in and they would "redo" the blood work "free of charge" and I would get a call by 9/25 and to my surprise I NEVER did. To add insult to injury they "forgot" to fill my rx again so I left empty handed when I went to the pharmacy to get my meds today! I called today and kept getting hung up on until George answered the phone. He was rude, insensitive, did not take any responsibility and was unapologetic. He told me someone would call me back in 5 minutes and they did. Thankfully my month long nightmare was put to rest with NEGATIVE results!
