I highly recommend this place especially if you need a DOT physical or drug test. Dr. Ghods is friendly and works very efficiently. There were about 5 people ahead of me and I only waited 10 minutes. All my forms were filled out completely and correctly. Also, Naila, the operations manager was very helpful when I spoke to her on the phone. I had a situation with another clinic where a doctor refused to fill out my forms due to a lack of experience with ambulance drivers, and Naila was able to answer all my questions, in addition she also reassured me the doctor would be able to fill out my forms correctly. I've visited many local chiropractors, and this is the one that I prefer. My last chiropractor was very rejuvenating, but after the third time that I waited for more than 60 minutes after my appointment time before seeing the doctor I realized that I just couldn't keep blocking two hours out of my day for a ten minute adjustment. With Dr. Ghods, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and the adjustments are perfect. In all the cities I've lived I've seen over a dozen chiropractors, and anyone local who needs one should absolutely make Dr. Ghods the top of your list. The operations are managed by doctor so I find it very helpful dealing with him directly. He is accommodating to meet the needs of individuals and that's appreciated. Economically, he's also understanding that others' run high end offices and have high end costs in which patients pay for; hence, doctor cuts out the middle man per se, and it's worth the drive to either office. read more

I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain ever since I had my first child. I tried muscle relaxers, neck exercises, neck pillows, and everything else my doctor recommended. I even went to physical therapy and the pain continued to come. I decided to try a chiropractor and so I found Dr Arman Ghods and immediately after my first session I wished I would have found him sooner. I thought the pain was just in my neck and shoulders but it turned out that my entire back needed to be readjusted as well. I had grand experience with Dr. Ghods as my friend and I came as walk-ins for our DOT examinations. He was very friendly, thorough, and swift in delivery. If you do your research you'll find that his price for the physical is phenomenal. I was extremely comfortable with services from the reception to the end of the examination. His staff were very friendly. My friend and I were in a foreign part of time, but felt very welcomed. We had no clue of what to expect, but felt the greatest of ease with Dr. Ghods. I have not even met Dr. Ghods or any of his staff in person but I just have to say, their customer service over the phone is exceptional. When I initially called the phone connection was very bad and the call ended up getting cut off. I noticed that they had another number listed so I called that number and it went to voice mail. A few seconds after I hung up from the voice mail call the associate that I had initially tried to talk with through the horrible reception called me back, her name was Nila and while I was talking to Nila, Dr. Ghods called me back personally apologizing for missing my call! WOW! That is some customer service! After talking with Nila and getting the information about the $35 DOT physical in Ontario I hung up but then noticed that Dr. Ghods has a location in Corona which may be more convenient for me, so I called back again and was treated just as well as I was the first time I called for information! Dr. Ghods answered the phone himself and informed me that hours and prices in Corona are different (the $35 in Ontario is a promotion) but he was still exceptionally accommodating, kind and informative which I very much appreciated. I am definitely going to use this office to renew my DOT medical card and I am looking forward to meeting these very professional and kind people!
