This is a review about the customer service and not the competence of the chiropractor himself. I've never been here myself. My dad has been going to this chiropractor for a long time and seems to be very satisfied with the treatment he gets. However, the last time he went there for his appointment, the place was closed for vacation. He rescheduled and forgot his appointment. His memory is starting to fail because he's a senior. A lady (the front desk lady someone else mentioned in another negative comment probably) called to tell my mom he would have to pay even if he can't make it. None of this would have happened in the first place if they had not scheduled the appointment on a day the place would be closed. The lady who's in charge of the phone hung up on my mom twice as my mom was trying to explain and understand the situation. Do not treat my parents or any of your other patients rudely. People skills and customer service are just as important as your services. read more

We have been going to Dr. Onandia for years. He is polite, professional, and does his job amazingly well!

On a friend's suggestion, I went and saw Dr. O after I hurt my back watching football. Yes, watching! Football is serious business in my home! Hurt my back on a Sunday. Pain started about 2 hours after I fell. Pain got progressively worse. Went to medical doctor Tuesday morning. Prescribed a muscle relaxer. No relief from the excruciating pain. Went back to Doctor via urgent care Tuesday evening. Prescribed Norco. Still no relief from this terrible, piercing pain. Was told "you're lucky you didn't slip a disk because that would be worse".... Zero relief from pain led me to making an appt with Dr O thinking "it can't hurt right?". Thursday morning in at Dr O's office. Guess what? I had a slipped disk.... Dr O took time to explain to me exactly what had happened to my back. Explained every step of his treatment and explained why he was doing certain things. He popped that disk right back into place with zero pain!!! Very clear and concise instructions how to care for the pain in the days to come and what to expect in the recovery. (I also had a sprained muscle) Such amazing bedside manner. So very nice, professional, thorough, and caring. I'm 4 hours past my visit right now. Still have pain, which was 100% expected, but my back feels "right". No more shooting burning pains, no more pain literally bringing me to my knees with one wrong move. I look forward to returning! Thank you so very much!!!! I called to see if they accepted my insurance and they did! In addition, they were able to see me the same day for a painful sciatica problem. Let me say that the receptionists, nurses, and Doctor O himself are all extremely friendly, welcoming people! They are very knowledgeable and caring! I am a huge fan. Highly disappointed with the lady at the front desk. My father had made an appointment after I recommended him to go to this new chiropractor. My children needed adjustments and so did my father, upon their arrival the women stated that their appointment was set for Tuesday and NOT Wednesday, but my dad requested Wednesday bc he would be back early from mining in Palm Springs! Therefore he specifically remembers mentioning to her that Wednesday would work better than Tuesday, but clearly she doesn't care about their clients!! read more

After being trampled at Route 91 in Las Vegas, while trying to go back in to save my son who is one of the victims that was killed that night, I was in severe pain for many months until I realized that what I needed was a Chiropractor. I went to go see him twice a week for about two months and although I have PPO insurance, I was covered under the victims of crime. I explained that to them going into their office as a new patient. As everyone might imagine the state is not very prompt at paying claims. When they hadn't received payment as they would from a normal insurance company, I received a call from the girl that works at the front desk named Rosemary. She made me aware that my claims had not yet been paid. I then called the victims of crime to find out if they were processing the claims. They assured me they had them and that they would be paying the doctor. Today I called to make an appointment because I am in severe pain and Rosemary told me that that they had not gotten paid yet and again I assured her that we are dealing with the state and that they would be receiving payment shortly. She rudely told me they need to get paid. I told her that being the owner of a medical billing company, I am well aware of the need for providers to receive payment. In my world, if a provider does not get paid, neither do I. She then rudely said to me, "Are you gonna make an appointment or not?" Needless to say, I will not be returning to that office. Now I'm off in search of a new office to go to. read more

I have been going to Dr. Onandia for years. I began when I lived in Corona, and I continue to use his services even though I moved to Temecula over ten years ago. He takes my insurance and everyone there, Dr. Onandia, the receptionists, masseuses, acupuncturist, everyone is so pleasant and accommodating and a delight to deal with. He never needed costly x-rays up front and for years he would take walk-ins, but one needs an appointment now. After each treatment I feel so much better right away. I periodically need adjustments just for being alive. Also, I have had several accidents during this time period, and he has been able to alleviate my pain with these, too. Dr O is AMAZING!!# I've never been to a chiropractor before but my back was killing me, pain all down the back of my leg to my foot. My foot and ankle were even swollen!! A friend recommended Dr O and I went for the first time today. After he adjusted me it felt like my leg came back to life... i don't know how else to describe it. Dr O said it was because my nerves and blood vessels were pinched. Its 6 hours later and the swelling is even down quite a bit in my foot and ankle!
