Doesn't have many shops in and it's set a bit back from the main drag. Only reason I tend to go is for sainsburys and occaisionally wilkos.

I found this shopping mall has nearly everything under its roof, the roof lets in alot of daylight,…read morethere are three levels with a food court on the third with Burgerking, Spud-u-LIke, and others. The range of stores here are mostly for clothing with New Look, Next, but also jewellers, music store of HMV but no store to buy an electiric shaver. Conclusion is many top brand stores here with easy access for wheelchairs with elevators from level to level and not many steps. There is a car parking lot that is connected with more elevators however there is a charge for parking at a ticket machine before you leave so beware how long you are staying as the longer there the more will be charged.....crazy Rated a struggling 2 stars as carparking should be free.

I like this shopping centre, it brings the centre of Plymouth into the 21st Century. It is easy to…read moreget to and parking is easy. You pay as you leave which is great as I never have any spare change! All of your usual chain shops can be found here and you can stay dry now whilst you do your shopping. Coffee shops galore, so you won't go thirsty! The downside for me is that House of Fraser and Debenhams remain out of the centre, so despite it all being very convenient to shop inside, you need to have your coat if you are planning to venture to either of these or beyond. Overall a welcome addition to what was a dreary town centre. There are lots of Plymothians who dislike it, but you can't please everybody!

New Look has something for everyone and I think this is really good. From womens to kids, to mens, to tall people, to larger people, to maternity. They have a great range of underwear and loads and loads of SHOES! :) The fitting rooms are spacious and have a comfy chair for a friend and the staff are always really friendly and always there to help out. I could spend hours in this shop and has definately been made better and better.

This has to be my favourite shop, this New Look is based on the bottom floor in Drakes Circus…read moreShopping Mall, next door to Boots. It is a very large store that incorporates a large variety of womens, childrens and mens clothing. This includes larger sizes, longer lengths as well as maternity clothing. They have a clothing range designed for young girls up to 15, including underwear, as well a childrenswear section. There seems to be far more clothes for girls in the childrenswear then boys which is a shame, but I love going in there as it's the only shop I can get items that are like Daddies which my two little ones love. There is a corner dedicated to underwear, and then a larger corner opposite complete with rails and rails of shoes and I mean a lot of shoes, you cant fail to find what you were after. There is a large amount of changing rooms in the back of the store as well as several for the men at the side of the store in the mens section, which is relatively small compared to the ladies. There are several checkouts and a customer services desk at the front of the store. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and tend to always be wearing the newest items instore. The amount of times I have bought something I have saw in the window or on a sales assistant, they are definately doing there jobs right. Overall a great shopping experience with an enormous amount of choice and good value for money.
