Georgetown Morgue Haunted House - Souvenir shot - a must have!!!

Five stars on the decor, lighting, effects, costuming, and makeup - exactly what I would expect from Seattle's premiere haunted house. The new rooms this year were excellent! The dark maze is also a ton of fun, it seems they add a few new surprises each year to keep it fresh and the line is never terribly long. The owner Scott is a great guy and always a pleasure to talk to! For those that have never been, please be aware Georgetown Morgue is much more intense than your average haunt - to some (like my wife) it can be incredibly overstimulating. With the price you pay and the time it takes wait in line (usually several hours), make sure that is something you can handle!

There's far too much going on in the morgue to actually experience it. You'd think that would make me scared but it just made me annoyed. Everything else was closed at the morgue by the time we got there so we couldn't stick around to do anything else they offer. I probably won't ever do this again. It's not worth the wait or the money.

We experienced their Double Dare haunted maze for around $20 and I'd say it was worth it! The staff made a lot of effort in their costume and trying to scare people. There were a lot of activities here! Like riding tricycles, basketball, football, corn maze, food trucks, swings, tug of war, etc! This is definitely one of the best pumpkin patch I've been to! They also had a good amount of food vendors! They sold apple cinnamon donuts and it was good! The size was big, however, I'd wish they served them warm and fresh. I also had their apple cider which was refreshing. The ambiance is great. It's a perfect activity to do to get into the fall season! The staff were nice as well. I can't wait to come back here next time!

We were on our way home from Snohomish last night when we passed Stocker Farms, saw the slide in…read morethe cornfield, and decided, on a whim, to stop in and see what the place was all about. It was already late, about 9pm, when we arrived and the parking lot was full. We wound up purchasing a ticket to the opening night of the Stalker maze (non VIP) and walked through the gate. There were still a lot of people there but I can't imagine how busy it gets during the day. I was really impressed by the number of activities they had for kids, the selection of food trucks, and the fact they had a beer and wine garden. We didn't arrive in time to walk through the day time corn maze and followed the signs through the fog to the Stalker maze. Mind you, I've never been to a horror corn maze before and I'm not a huge fan of horror in general. We were the last two people throught the gate and only had a small group of twenty-somethings ahead of us. We essentially had the maze completely to ourselves ... Wow. I loved every minute of this experience. It's not cheap, but the effort they put into the costumes, their characters, and the environments is simply breathtaking. The entry tunnel was disorienting as hell with its spinning visual display ... Perfectly sets up the rest of the maze because your head doesn't stop spinning which has the effect of dulling your senses for first experience. The only time I literally jumped out of my skin was when a short, creepy-as-fuck girl popped out of a dark corner in the "cannibal" house to ask kind of sweetly "are you staying for dinner?" Otherwise, it was just a ton of fun. After the Maze, we ambled over to the kids area to ride the short zip line, toss footballs and baseballs at/through targets, and throw tennis balls at iron ravens. I was very pleased to discover that I still have my pitching arm and accuracy all these years later! Absolutely worth the visit and a super fun way to end our adventuring on an unexpected note.

If this is the production value going forward we wont be back next year. The worst part was we lost power half way through the night and they tried to just keep going. Instead of refunding us or offering a different night they tried to keep things going but many of the interactive events did not work well. Overall super disappointing this year.

We arrived promptly 45 minutes in advance and found, unfortunately, that the lounge was under an outdoor tent. It was cold and very rainy and this set-up was not ideal in costume! But, we chatted up others who made the same silly choice we did and made new friends so that was cool. There were three floors of entertainment with two of the 4 drinks located on each floor. There isn't a rhyme/reason/order to do them in. So, assuming a similar set up in the future I'd suggest going upstairs first and then experience downstairs later once the crowd migrates up stairs. We hopped into the seance line pretty early, which was good because the line got longer as the night went on. That said, we never had to wait more than minute or two for a drink or any other experience. We heard there was a secret room but never found it. We interviewed all of the characters but then when we got to the downstairs portion they were kind of just hurrying people through and telling you who to talk to to get a QR code for the main portion of the story. Overall, we enjoyed the various performances, which repeated several times throughout the evening, and the cocktails. We felt like we'd seen everything by about the 90 minute mark. It was fun to dress up and be surrounded by lots of other dressed up folks for a fun night out. We'd probably do again next year but not arrive QUITE so early.
