Also, the staff guys I dealt with could not have been more friendly and helpful. There is a Guitar Center close to where I live and I am done with Guitar Center. I am willing to take the one-hour drive to Hugo Helmer.

SERVICE and LOBBY: I…read morevisited for the first time last night, and all 3 workers were friendly (greeter, ticket agent, snack bar). I enjoyed also how well kept the lobby and restrooms were. FACILITY ACCESS: The only reason I didn't rate it 5 starts is because the restrooms are a tremendous hike from the theaters (upstairs too) and AMCs in general are structured that way. I mean, it's really, quite the hike. One risks missing 5 minutes of the movie. By contrast, at Harkin's Theaters, there are more accessible restrooms overall in their architectural plan. I will return, and am so glad the AMC in Burlington reopened as of last Thursday.

I don't throw that term out often but I will give it to her because she deserves it! She is upbeat, smart, gets you advancing in rehab and no fluff about it! The PTAs I've had have all been great as well! Front desk is also on point. Overall, I like what I see, I've been told my expectations are high and these ladies have met them! Side note, if you ever experience working with a PT and you don't think you're seeing improvement or their not pushing you enough, say something or go elsewhere. PT is a fabulous art in healthcare and there are lots of variation in this skill.
