This is the one!!! Your search is over. Our family couldn't find the words to accurately describe the beauty, play-full serenity of the Ark! Beautiful spaces, with panoramic views of scenic Lake Lanier. The bedrooms are clean, and comfortable. Fireplaces, a movie theatre and hot tubs for the adults. Our kids loved the in-ground trampoline, ping pong, pool, foosball and ball games. Food was incredibly creative and well cooked by top chefs. The Ark on Lake Lanier is the PERFECT getaway resort for groups of any kind. We had an overnight wine club party event and everything was absolutely ideal! The wine tasting area was spacious and perfectly laid out, the dining area for dinner was large enough for our large group, and the relaxation areas outdoors provided unmatched beauty of the lake, pool, hot tub, fire pit and epic trees and landscaping to enjoy. Chef Jackie Page and her team were spot-on with our appetizers, dinner, dessert, drinks, and bountiful breakfast. I cannot say enough about the owner and his manager Julie! So professional with such interest in making everything perfect. Our bedroom had everything we could want or need. Around the property, the piped-in speaker surround sound, outdoor heating (Winter time), spacious outdoor seating, lighting, and ambiance provided the perfect flow and vibe for everyone. We were pinching ourselves at how much we enjoyed our time there. I would HIGHLY recommend the Ark for any personal, family, corporate, church, or organization event. read more
