I was really surprised at the professionalism every step of the way. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and knowledgeable about their services and gave me a quote in advance at that time. She also scheduled a time to do it...not a window of time as is the usual for home service visits. And when your garage door won't move your car is either stuck inside or out, so they even offer same day service. Our cars were out so we took the appointment...but the lady called and offered an earlier one if we wanted it.... The service was done by a polite and professional young man (Brian) who took the time to explain the features of the system to me, even though they hadn't put the door in. He replaced the springs methodically but efficiently. The service was a good value. I highly recommend Avallone Door and Iron Works for any garage door work.

Because of previous, good experience with them, we quickly responded that we would use H2 Renovations. Once the dry out work was done (including cutting portions of sheetrock out in 3 rooms to enhance drying and removal of wet insulation), carpenters Matthew and Jonathan showed up early one morning. They replaced and floated the sheetrock, reinstalled baseboards and shoe molding, replaced a bathroom door in less than two days. Painter Misa jumped right in to head up the painting effort (repainting the 3 affected rooms along with an adjoining hallway) with the help of Jesus, Junior, and Jose and a couple of other painters I didn't get the names of. Due to multiple coats and a few scheduling issues, the painting took about 9 days of work to complete, but we were thrilled to get all the repairs done in a little over a month. The office staff was attentive to our requests, and Bart kept in touch with us throughout the effort, maintaining a friendly, accommodating and very efficient oversight. Everyone involved was focused, efficient, and notably courteous while being very sensitive to our needs. There is no question that we would heartily recommend H2 to anyone in need of repairs or renovations. THANKS H2! Brenda & Rick Nichols

My house was built in 2016 with a beautiful high pitched roof and has been giving me problems pretty much from day one due to what I just discovered was improper ventilation. A nice lady answered the phone both times and took my information. Of course she always asks about insurance and my reply is yes but I'm not sure if the repairs will be covered due to the deductible. Both times she said she would have someone contact me. Well no one ever called. I just want to thank yall because I called Erie out and they did a complete inspection showing me pictures backing up their findings. I purchased a brand new fiberglass roof for 45k with a 30 year warranty. The house looks better than new and I'm saving big on my insurance and utilities and most importantly I never have to worry about calling you again. Don't quite understand your methodology about who you call back but it's obviously flawed.

Their customer service was A+ in that not one time did I ever reach out to them that they did not answer immediately or call me back within a brief period. Their entire crew was helpful, professional, and incredibly willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. My family once owned a local business and my father always stressed customer service as the key to success in business. Well, today customer service has become a lost art that you rarely see or receive anymore. This company obviously puts their client's 1st, and it shows in every way from their courtesy, their professionalism, their pricing, the materials they use and the communication they maintain with you before, during and after the job is complete! Truly a locally owned business that deserves our support. I will definitely use them again in the future!!!!!
