No matter how difficult the task was, the OPS guys kept me updated every step of the way as they searched prior addresses, employment offices, etc.. An average investigation costs about $50-$100 an hour Jeff charged me almost $1700 without producing any results. My daughter returned home on her own thankfully but unfortunately I had already paid dearly. I'm a single parent and a disabled veteran so I asked if there could be some adjustment because they barely had my case for a day before my daughter returned and had zero leads, I was brushed off as it was no big deal. Not only do I feel very taken advantage of but have spent a good portion of my emergency funds. If you're missing a child or anyone don't buy into this, their tech isn't worth the cost.
