They are the only lawyers I have ever come across who not only give a free estimate but will listen for as long as it takes to hear you out. Melanie and Justin work so well together and both are so very good at their jobs. They see opportunities that others miss, and they are just as much fighters in the courtroom as they are smooth negotiators always aiming for the best outcome. They are so incredibly adept at what they do, that I trust them for all my legal advice and not just their area of law. Yet they are responsible enough to always take great care in what advice they give out, making sure they never give bad information. I can't sing their praises enough. So glad I came across this legal team and benefited from working with them. Thanks, guys!! You really are the best!!

You never want to be in a position of needing a criminal defense attorney. But if you are facing…read morecriminal charges the most important step you can take is to obtain the services of an experienced criminal attorney. We had a family member facing serious charges and it became apparent very quickly that we needed an attorney who knew how to navigate the system, was willing to explain the process and communicate on a regular basis. William Morris of Brown & Little LLC provided that for our family. From the beginning William was straight forward and honest with us. He clearly explained each step of the process and the potential outcomes. William communicated regularly and always returned calls in a timely manner. It was obvious that William cared about the safety of our family member and did everything in his power to make sure that while he was in custody he was protected and ultimately was able to get the bond reduced to a manageable amount. William was diligent in reviewing all the information collected during the discovery phase. As a result he identified some key process failures and evidentiary gaps that ultimately gave him the leverage needed to negotiate a significantly improved plea agreement. Witnessing the ease in which William interacts with the prosecutors, Judges and clerks of the court it is obvious he has a reputation that commands respect. At one point in the sentencing the ADA was recommending leniency and citing mitigating factors to the judge. His professionalism, integrity, humanity and understanding were beyond what I could ever hope for. You can tell William is an attorney who actually cares about his client and is not just in it for the money. If you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney this is the man you want in your corner.

Please hire an attorney to represent you prior to agreeing to "mediation". I paid thousands of…read moredollars to Aurit for mediation... only to have to turn around 3 years later to pay a knowledgeable attorney thousands of dollars more to fix, modify and correct the mess that was my "Agreement". For most people law and the associated legal terms can be very confusing. Aurit did not provide any good legal advice. To the contrary, their "advice" ultimately resulted in me paying a good number of my ex-wife's monthly bills and upward deviation for years when neither was legally required by the state and/or county (or suggested for any good reason by my attorney). So, to sum all of this up, try to be polite (if not kind and amicable) to the person you are divorcing, communicate honestly with one another, save yourself the time and hassle of "mediation", HIRE an attorney and AVOID Aurit. Learning all of this, in hindsight, was an extremely frustrating and a ridiculously expensive life experience. Best of luck!

Such a quality is hard-sought after in our legal representatives. And the breadth and depth of their legal knowledge and experience sets a high bar for mediators. I have only ever needed mediation once, and unfortunately I hadn't yet met this team, who in my opinion, sets the highest quality for divorce mediation. They are a kind and thoughtful team of caring individuals, who carefully guide you though the divorce process, with the goal of striking balance for all involved. I wish others could learn this kind of thoughtful conflict resolution.

Here's my take: I've had numerous dealings with various attorneys across different legal matters, and US Disability Group proved to be outstanding in every way. From start to finish, Andrew, Emily, Nicole, and Zorica delivered. This is truly the firm you want on your side. In my experience, many Arizona-based attorneys tend to be lower in caliber compared to those I've worked with in California -- but US Disability Group stands far above the rest. Special thanks to Emily Tedone, who went above and beyond to win my case, and to Andrew for taking me on in the first place!
