Had a weight distribution and anti-sway tow system mounted to my trailer and tow vehicle.
Excellent work, at slightly lower price than quoted, the work completed before the promised time. Paid the bill and drove away.
On inspection, the work is done very well and free of defects. The technician who did the work explained the tow hitch to me and its use (I'm somewhat new to towing vehicles). What I'm NOT new to is having work done on my vehicles, and I like the job they did.
I appreciate it when my vehicle is handled the same way employees treat their own vehicles.
The only thing I didn't like was that the area where my vehicle needed to be maneuvered in was beyond my experience to do safely... but that's me. The parking lot and shop area is very tight quarters -- beyond my experience level -- and, frankly, with so many other trucks and trailers around, I'd rather not make a mistake and damage someone else's property.
No complaints about the business -- its people, customer service, quality of work done, or price. I think they did a great job -- and I appreciate being given a parts list for items needed to do the work. The company recently changed ownership not long ago and I wish them all the best. read more
