Unprofessional in showing the place and acted inconvenienced to tenant, repair vendors over priced, texted with their needs but did not communicate important information regarding contracts and repairs. Repeatedly dropped the ball on details like utility transfer leaving gas to get shut off. Despite repeatedly asking for transparency prior to decisions they could not communicate timely. Lots of apologizing for not telling me about decisions. Do not use this company you and tenant will regret it.

They agreed that this was a problem that needed to be fixed, and that they would warranty it. Within a month two Irontown people came down, demolished the part of the shower where the leak was, made some modifications, installed a new section of shower pan, retiled the area and replaced the damaged baseboard next to the shower. They did a great job with the repair and I expect that this resolved the issue.
