I came here via Instagram ads and thought that I was signing up for what was a one and done session -- I'm really glad that things didn't end up that way. Sr. Arielle helped me decipher what was going on with my health and wellness and put together a comprehensive plan for me. And what I love the most is that I was getting facial acupuncture, body acupuncture, red light therapy, and gua sha all in one session. It is definitely a great way to stack your wellness routine in all of about 45 minutes or so. I definitely saw and felt good results after 6 sessions! Per the plan, I also started reducing gluten, dairy and alcohol and felt a noticeable difference in my skin and overall well-being. My face feels a lot lighter and not as heavy as before. And my skin is brighter, feeling healthier and glowing. Best of all, I feel like I've gotten back on track with my health, holistic wellness, and spiritual hygiene. I'm very grateful for the team and will be back as budget allows moving forward! read more

Arise Acupuncture - Waiting room. This place is clean and very inviting. - Acupuncture Near Me - San Diego, California

I feel so grateful to have found Arise Acupuncture and the incredible providers here!! My partner temporarily relocated to San Diego for work, and as he and I have been doing long distance I needed to find acupuncture here. I live with endometriosis and other autoimmune conditions, and right away felt seen and supported at Arise. I've twice gotten to experience cosmetic acupuncture (once from Dr. Hailey and once from Dr. Arielle) and it's been a lovely addition to full body acupuncture. My partner's even gotten into acupuncture as he was so impressed by the care that I was being given. He's seen Dr. Hailey throughout 2025 and has been sleeping better + feeling less anxious. We are both so glad to have found this practice and highly recommend to anyone looking for a sanctuary to heal in read more

Wonderful & caring team. The receptionist and the practitioners have always been kind and patient with me. The office & rooms are clean, quiet & calming, and the treatments have been the only thing that has improved my condition after years of trying. I had tried many different types of laxatives, herbs, prescription medicines, dietary & lifestyle changes but was still chronically constipated (even going 2-3 weeks without a bowel movement at times!). After a few treatments with Arielle, I was having daily bowel movements, even without caffeine! I was able to stop taking my Linzess through this process, which is great to have one less prescription drug to worry about. Now we are working on my gas, bloating, and anxiety issues, but I'm no longer a skeptic. I highly recommend Arise Acupuncture for digestive issues! read more

In all my acupuncture experiences I had never experienced cosmetic acu! I was really about this offering and signed up for a 7 pack. The space Arielle creates in her treatment room is so soothing and beautiful. It really promotes deep relaxation and healing. I looked forward to my treatments every week. It was really my personal time to receive. Not only did I feel well cared for but the results were really stunning! My sister saw me after my treatments and noticed right away "your skin looks amazing, what happened to your forehead creases?" I guess it worked ! Thank you again Arielle !! read more

I love Arise! I have been seeing Doctor Arielle and Doctor Halley for about a year and a half now. Doctor Arielle is very intuitive and tries to find the root of an issue. I've been seeing Dr. Arielle & Dr. Hailey since March 2023 for physical & emotional concerns. Back, neck, and trauma recovery. They're amazing & have been key in my healing on all levels. I also was able to get pregnant naturally despite being told over the course of a decade & a half that would never happen, while in the care of Arise Acupuncture. read more

Dr. Arielle is incredible! Together we did 3 rounds of microneedling. I came in with concerns of post-acne scars and wanted support in anti-aging. She used a combination of microneedling, red light therapy, and marine bioactive peptides in combination with apple stem cells to boost collagen production. She did a fabulous job explaining the benefits behind each step in her treatment process. I saw results just days after each treatment and continue to see visible changes in my skin's tone and texture weeks later. I just booked my next 3 rounds of microneedling! 10/10 recommend this service and cosmetic acupuncture with Dr. Arielle! read more

Arielle is an amazing, caring practitioner. She is thoughtful in her treatments and takes time to understand what is going on for each person. I recently lost my mother and have been seeing Arielle weekly for acupuncture and herbal treatments to support the grieving process. Nothing else has been quite so supportive during this challenging time. I have also received beneficial treatments from Arielle for muscle pains/injuries and for women's health issues. All of these issues often are linked and she is skilled at addressing the heart of them. Highly recommend! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Arielle Caruso for 18+ months for acupuncture & microneedling. The sessions are always super relaxing, and I have full trust in her experience and Chinese medicine knowledge. She is always so thorough and I feel really supported under her care. The acupuncture & Chinese herb formula's I've received from her are a huge part of how I've lowered my anxiety, improved my menstrual cycle, improved liver function, and overall health. The microneedling is quick and painless and I've started to see great results in my skin. I would refer her to my closest family and friends! read more

Arielle saved my skin from breakouts by getting to the root cause. I went in for cosmetic acupuncture and micro-needling. I started seeing results after each session, but she asked all the questions to get to the root cause rather than just treating what I went in for, she went above and beyond. She is so holistic, and willing to share what she knows to help. Cannot recommend her services enough! So happy with my skin. :) read more

Working with Arielle completely changed the way I looked at well-being. I had been pretty fearful of receiving acupuncture prior to working with her. Her overall demeanor, vast knowledge of the practice, and the space she creates made me completely at ease. I now personally turn to acupuncture (with Arielle!) when I have digestive issues or when I experience anxiety. So thankful to have found someone to help me feel comfortable exploring this practice! read more

I am always a little nervous each time I have a new acupuncturist work on me, but Arielle's calm nature and the depth of her analysis really put me at ease. I was really happy at how gentle she is with her needling and how I could barely feel them going in or out. After the first treatment with her I was so relaxed and the back pain and shoulder issue I have been having felt much better. I've worked with probably 10 acupuncturists and Arielle is as skilled as the best I've worked with, I will definitely be getting more treatments with her! read more

Dr Arielle is amazing!! I've only been seeing her for a little less than two months and within that time frame the cyst I had on my left ovary went away! I started out by seeing her twice a week for acupuncture and she put me on some herbs to help with my situation. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone! read more

Arielle is amazing! She provides a safe space for me to share openly about anything that's going on. She also has a good understanding of western medicine and knows how to blend it well with Eastern Medicine which helps me feel like I'm in good hands. Speaking of hands.. she has a nurturing touch an painless acupuncture technique. I'm pretty sensitive to acupuncture so that's one of the number one things I search for in a practitioner. I love going to her and always leave feeling better. I know I'm in excellent and loving hands when I'm in her care. read more

Arielle provides a great service with attentive care and thoughtful recommendations. I reached out to her because I was having some health problems with autoimmune issues and allergic asthma. Her traditional acupuncture with the needles was very gentle and greatly helped to improve issues with my lungs. Moreover she went out of her way to give me recommendations on some inspectors and specialists to test my home to rule out other factors. A very compassionate soul and someone invested in her client's improvement. Also, as a fellow business owner I can say her office is extremely professional, clean, and easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend. read more

I am so thankful I found Dr. Caruso! I just do finished a 12 session treatment plan with her and I am really happy with the results and progress I made. During my consultation, she went through all of my concerns and discussed what I can expect from treatment. This was the first time I trying acupuncture so I didn't know what to expect. I struggle with anxiety (who doesn't) but my body was in such a constant state of fight or flight and stress. Before each session, she would ask how you're feeling that day/any concerns and tailor that treatment to what you need. As someone who has been gaslit by medical doctors, it was great to have your feelings validated and feel like your provider is listening to you. Towards the end of the treatment, I felt like a lighter person. My anxiety, awareness, and overall stress improved greatly. Also my digestion issues also got better, which she said was linked to my anxiety. I can't recommend Dr. Caruso enough, she is amazing! read more

I can't stress enough that Arielle with Arise is an amazing TCM doctor and a beautiful acupuncturist. I am so glad I was referred to her she has helped me with my many health issues including healing from mycotoxin poisoning, womb health, stress, digestive and gut issues. Initially I was simply seeking pain relief and little did I realize I would be getting so much more with Arielle. She has taught me so much and has been an extremely incredible Doctor for me on my healing journey. I've been seeing her for 6 months now and am grateful for all the healing she continues to offer coupling the TCM world in a functional way. Not to mention her real and welcoming presence-- she holds such a comforting space no matter how I may be feeling the days of my appointments. read more

Dr. Arielle is amazing!! I'm so grateful to have found her and her sweet practice and lovely office. I've been seeing her for cosmetic acupuncture for about 6 weeks and the results have been stunning already. My skin looks and feels plump, strong and healthy and the bonus is a grounding acupuncture treatment and gua sha facial toning massage that leaves me so relaxed, best part of the week easily! I've been excited to try this as a Botox alternative (never tried Botox and so glad!) but as I age, I wanted to help my skin stay healthy without poisoning it. I found what I was looking for, and then some. Dr. Arielle takes the time to listen and develop a treatment plan for me each week I see her. I love being under her care, I'll see her for as long as I can for cosmetic acupuncture as well as more traditional Chinese medicine. read more
