In addition, the entire 3 days that we were there they never cleaned the room nor changed the sheets. The toilet was never cleaned as well. All they seemed to do was change the towels. The manager (Bud) was called by the night clerk. (Lester) and was not helpful. He refused to allow us into our room without paying for another day. This is terrible customer service and dishonest at best.
