The float room, once the bathroom light turns off, is pitch black and no sound. I was able to clear my mind and find some peace. I then showered off and got a 60 min massage. It was honestly one of the best and more professional massages I've had in a long time. I've got an injured back, messed up knees and shoulders, and all the aches went away. I was able to zen out longer than I have in years and will definitely be back. The group I was with brought up heated yoga and they are immediately incorporated this practice into their schedule this next weekend.
