Advised by the…read moreagent that the company policy was not to take bookings for New Year's Day at that time or any other peak season/ timings. 29 12 2023 I then rang PCR Streamline to book for New Year's Day 0100hrs. PCR Streamline accepted the booking. 30 12 2023 I had to amend the booking with PCR Streamline. PCR Streamline adjusted it without any problem. 01 01 2024 0100hrs PCR Streamline arrived on time and we were picked up and taken home. Subsequently, I thought I had dropped my wallet in one of their cabs. A manager responded very quickly and sympathetically, investigated it promptly and fed back the results of his search. When the first one didn't appear for the groom she phoned to find out why but got an answerphone. Her own taxi didn't arrive either so she had to drive herself to the registry office in her full wedding outfit. Absolutely appauled. Couldn't get through to them all day, so will be interested to here what the lousy excuse will be when she contacts them after the honeymoon! Thanks guys for ruining her day.
