As 5 in total plus luggage we needed a larger vehicle and were going to Freshwater Bay. We were given a time so disappointed there was no taxi there to collect us. I rang again and was told it was on its way. So another 5 minutes to wait. The driver did not get a step out for me to get in the vehicle as being elderly and with a walking stick that would have been helpful nor did he open the back of the vehicle to put the luggage in. He did not handle one piece of luggage. The others in the group had to put all the luggage inside where it all rolled around as we went round corners. there was no help at the destination to get any of the bags out either. Not impressive!

Advised by the…read moreagent that the company policy was not to take bookings for New Year's Day at that time or any other peak season/ timings. 29 12 2023 I then rang PCR Streamline to book for New Year's Day 0100hrs. PCR Streamline accepted the booking. 30 12 2023 I had to amend the booking with PCR Streamline. PCR Streamline adjusted it without any problem. 01 01 2024 0100hrs PCR Streamline arrived on time and we were picked up and taken home. Subsequently, I thought I had dropped my wallet in one of their cabs. A manager responded very quickly and sympathetically, investigated it promptly and fed back the results of his search.
