Advised by the…read moreagent that the company policy was not to take bookings for New Year's Day at that time or any other peak season/ timings. 29 12 2023 I then rang PCR Streamline to book for New Year's Day 0100hrs. PCR Streamline accepted the booking. 30 12 2023 I had to amend the booking with PCR Streamline. PCR Streamline adjusted it without any problem. 01 01 2024 0100hrs PCR Streamline arrived on time and we were picked up and taken home. Subsequently, I thought I had dropped my wallet in one of their cabs. A manager responded very quickly and sympathetically, investigated it promptly and fed back the results of his search. One of the better taxi services in Poole…read more So far they have not disgraced themselves at schools, and seem to be polite and courteous and the cars are clean. They turn up on time, and take a decent route - no going round the houses. I recommend them, and their number is easy to remember!
