I recorded for two days at this studio in new Orleans with my own top-notch New York-based, Grammy nominated musicians. Most of my previous recordings were made in studios in and around New York City, including an entire album. I have a lot of experience working with truly professional music studios. Music Shed provided me with such a low quality rough mix of my recordings that I scrapped the entire project. Of course, they were willing to "fix" the problems they created for additional costs. If I decide to re-do the recordings so I can maintain the project, I will have to start from scratch elsewhere because what I did at Music Shed could not be salvaged. Unless you just want space to rehearse, this studio is useless, and a waste of time and money. Save yourself the heartache and disappointment and skip this place. I certainly wish I had. Fly to New York, pay for a real studio and musicians, and get a high quality rough mix that you'll be proud of instead of throwing your money away here. If you are disappointed in your recordings at Music Shed, David will never return your call, is not interested in maintaining your business, and doesn't have time for you since he is way too important to have to answer to measly unsatisfied patrons.
