That statement said to call 858-795-6100 to verify the payoff amount. It seems that phone number is no longer in service so all of the pay off statements were being sent out with an invalid phone number. I was literally on the phone for over an hour with multiple employees to resolve this. This CU is short of employees and those there seem poorly trained. How many times do they have to apologize before the company makes changes?
