I can't go anywhere and everywhere to get a wax because it has to be of a certain type. So finding a place that uses brasilian wax was vital. I normally pay around €35/40 for the treatment in Milan or Wales so at the salons price of €50 , at the beginning I was a little skeptical until Angelina actual got started on me and it was worth every penny let me tell you I've been to some Estetisa and they really are not on the ball. I highly recommend making an appointment because they are busy, especially on the weekend. The do not do nails on Sundays just an FYI. Overall we had a really great experience! We showed up a little bit early, and they welcomed us into a relaxing waiting area. The pedicure was 25 Euro and we opted for the foot mask add on, which was only 5 Euro extra. I decided to get a polish change on my nails also, which was only 10 Euro, a great deal in my opinion! The girls that work here are very nice and very very attentive to your nails. They did not rush the job, but made sure my nails were perfect. They have a gorgeous spa in the back that I wish we could have used, we just didn't have time.

Interesting enough when I got home I looked online it shows they had nail appts later in the day... very disappointing he said next available wasn't until next week. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially when I was polite and clearly just trying to find somewhere to get my nails done for a special occasion. As a visitor, it was a very disappointing experience -- not just because they couldn't take me, but because of how little effort was made to assist or show basic courtesy. For other travelers looking for good interaction on their holiday, skip this place.
