We have loved every teacher he has had and we LOVE Aubrey (Manager). He has grown to feel comfortable with multiple staff members and he truly enjoys class every time we come. I won't say that there are days where he wants more sleep, is having a teething day or regression, but out of the hundreds of classes we have come to, he maybe has had a handful only of "bad days". The teachers always accommodated to his attitude days and we managed each time! It's great to know that you're not alone in having a wild child or rough days. Moms and dads alike always welcome you and just joke about the terrible days. It's just an inviting place as a whole! Autumn, Emmaline, Eliana, and Caitlyn have all been just delightful. We have had Caitlyn through his first year and now we have her for his level 2/ first independent swimming class series and he LOVES her. She is honestly one of my favorite people ever. She makes swimming and learning fun for them, she explains what they need to work on, and allows your child to work for themselves as well so you know the classes are working! Aubrey has always been caring and hands on. She is always watching and is just the sweetest person ever!

I went there to see what their program was all about and was greeted by a very friendly helpful staff of what turns out to be professional athletic trainers all of who are studying for masters degrees in various areas of sports physiology and training. Upon my arrival, unannounced as it was, I was immediately given a full stretching session as a demonstration of the process and techniques, and as a former professional athlete was very impressed and immediately signed up for the program. I signed up for the three sessions a week for three months program and just completed my first month. It has been a game changer for me in my training, especially my weight training program, my day to day activities, increased my blood flow, sleeping better, and helped me get out of a mild state of depression. I highly recommend this program and especially the studio in Flower Mound. The staff is very helpful in scheduling sessions to meet my busy professional schedule, and the trainers are the best.
