We saw a sign for a Motorway Service but overshot the exit and ended up in a Mall, rather than at the Motorway Service!! So once at the mall, decided that Marks & Spencer was the most likely of all the available shops to have a loo, and jackpot! Found the loos on the 2nd floor! We spent a good 10-15 mins also just walking around the store and checking it out. The food hall is downstairs on the 1st floor and had a good produce section. The range of stores here are mostly for clothing with New Look, Next, but also jewellers, music store of HMV but no store to buy an electiric shaver. Conclusion is many top brand stores here with easy access for wheelchairs with elevators from level to level and not many steps. There is a car parking lot that is connected with more elevators however there is a charge for parking at a ticket machine before you leave so beware how long you are staying as the longer there the more will be charged.....crazy Rated a struggling 2 stars as carparking should be free.

You pay as you leave which is great as I never have any spare change! All of your usual chain shops can be found here and you can stay dry now whilst you do your shopping. Coffee shops galore, so you won't go thirsty! The downside for me is that House of Fraser and Debenhams remain out of the centre, so despite it all being very convenient to shop inside, you need to have your coat if you are planning to venture to either of these or beyond. Overall a welcome addition to what was a dreary town centre. There are lots of Plymothians who dislike it, but you can't please everybody!

My favourite shop is the bookshop which sells everything from childrens books to cookery books and also stationery items, photo albums etc. There are several things for children including a small indoor soft play area and an outside wooden pirate's ship. Unfortunately you have to pay for this which I think is a shame. There are a couple of places to eat but I find it too expensive and would rather pop over to the nearby Asda. I would say Atlantic Village is somewhere to go on a rainy day if you've run out of things to do. I'm hoping some bigger names will take advantage of the many empty shops available.

There are always really friendly staff here who are happy to advice you on what products are best for you, they also let you sample the fragrances. The you will get to the clothes and shoes. Then at the very back of the store they have the bits you can buy for your house like plates, kettles, and glasses etc.. I do find some of the bit a a bit expensive but you can see they are good quality. Then to the left of the shop they sell craft stuff such as wool for knitting, cross stitches, patterns etc.. There is a another entrance door here so if you are just after buying some wool you can go in this way. Upstairs there is more clothes and underwear for sale and there is a big cafe. They sell some lovely food in the cafe we often go there when we have been shopping and need to sit down.

The shop sells clothing, household goods, toys, tools and so much more, and it is usually a lot cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The queues at the till can be quite long as Trago is very popular, so I advise you use one of the quieter downstairs tills. In recent visits I have had some cheap Christmas decorations, chocolate and carpet. What I like about Trago is you never know what your going to find when you get there, so you usually leave with all sorts of useful things. The next time you are in the Falmouth area, I recommend a visit to Trago.

What can't you buy here is the question... A member of our party described it as the Alton Towers of shopping. The amount of eating establishments here is certainly reminiscent of a theme park. The kiddie rides outside are very dated. I've no idea how much they cost. A bizarre amount of wild fowl on the premises too. The whole place is mad. Worth a look if you are passing it's door.
