After last year's ice dam issues and an insurance claim, along with chipping out ice, on a ladder in -10 to -15 for three weeks last year, I knew we needed experts to help us. I can make a list of the installation mistakes along with several troughs sloped in the wrong direction! I just want to give a huge shoutout to Surroundz for actually calling me back after weeks of calling different companies. Jamey stopped by and gave us a quote quickly and then Ray showed up and actually fixed all my issues, at a reasonable price and in half a day! Thank you Surroundz. We are forever grateful. The water is now flowing in the right direction. We can now sleep knowing that these issues are fixed. Thank you!Thank you! Thank you!

I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and Okanagan Bath to anyone needing renovations or new constructions.
