He reacted with all kinds of excuses not to come back. I got several estimates to have it fixed from other companies ranging from 12 to 1600 dollars. I feel his work was poor quality. He went on to say he has 80% of the business in this area and wished me good luck finding a carpet cleaner sooner. He seemed condescending in that our smaller wool area rugs weren't a large enough job for his company. I made a call to another carpet cleaning company, our lovely wool rugs have been picked up and are being professionally cleaned in their warehouse. We will not be recommending this company.
