Awful customer service. I do not recommend! While having our…read moreducts cleaned before a new furnace was being installed at the end of July there was damage done to 2 return air grilles & a floor vent, which I advised them of right away. Eric was apologetic & at the time offered to compensate me for the damage by either replacing them or reimbursing me for them. I chose to pick them up myself & advised him I would. It turns out I could not find the right size to replace one of the damaged grilles so I had to let them off the hook for it. They offered to get replacement grilles in mid-September so I sent the measurements I needed..... & that was the last time I heard from Eric. I did manage to get the replacements & have emailed receipts a couple of times now (we dealt with 2 floods in our basement this summer, so it took me a little longer than expected to replace them) I have not yet received a response to any of the emails I have sent in the last 3 months nor have I received the reimbursement that they offered to me when the damage occurred. Very poor customer service - if they were not prepared to reimburse me for the damage that they caused - they should not have suggested it!

I gave him instruction to dig at least down 4" so rocks would be 2" below curb. Which wasn't done. He also underestimated the work and asked for additional money which I gave.$200 so Total 1700.He was paid. I asked him to come back and do it right. He reacted with all kinds of excuses not to come back. I got several estimates to have it fixed from other companies ranging from 12 to 1600 dollars. I feel his work was poor quality. I'm reminded that no good deed goes unpunished. Stuart.

I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and Okanagan Bath to anyone needing renovations or new constructions. Scott was very helpful from our first meeting; he listened to my plans/ideas with respect and expertise and was able to create a fair estimate within that first day. During the renovation itself, everything was done with the skill, energy, and cleanliness of a true professional who takes pride in the work. At the end of first day, the work area was likely even cleaner than when he arrived in the morning! The project was completed on time and on budget. And it is easy to see the high quality of both the materials and workmanship of Okanagan Bath. I will be calling Okanagan Bath again to complete another project I have for my home as they have earned both my business and admiration.

We called this company about cleaning our wool area rugs. The person I spoke with told me there…read morewas a month long wait to have the area rugs cleaned. He went on to say he has 80% of the business in this area and wished me good luck finding a carpet cleaner sooner. He seemed condescending in that our smaller wool area rugs weren't a large enough job for his company. I made a call to another carpet cleaning company, our lovely wool rugs have been picked up and are being professionally cleaned in their warehouse. We will not be recommending this company.
