Am now back on hold (number 22 in line), and have been waiting for over 42-minutes already. I want to get this order canceled and my (hefty) bill refunded, but am unfortunately left scrambling because school starts next week. Unacceptable and would absolutely not recommend.

At that time I was told 8 weeks for items to be produced and shipped, which was perfect for a season starting mid-august. We would have time to alter before our first performance. WRONG. At 8 weeks, I had not heard a word from the company. I called and called and called and no one answered or returned my messages. I called a week after July 4th and the recording stated they were "celebrating the 4th of July" and did not give the option to leave a message. Obviously, I don't think that was correct. I emailed every address I could find on the website, and some came back as "user not found" while the rest just went unanswered. Finally, I was able to get ahold of someone and she insured me that our items were finished and had been shipped. WRONG AGAIN. Someone had put the wrong information in their system and while it looked like our order was shipped, it was actually not even IN PRODUCTION!! 8 weeks later we were repeating this process. We finally had to cancel the order as we missed half of the season.

So finally, YESTERDAY, 12/4/19, I get told that they never received them and I would have to pay for the order, minus the personalization that was left off. I will NEVER do business with Algy again. I will also make it my goal to tell every other dance team I encounter to do the same. On a side note, the rhinestones have fallen off of every uniform and 2 of the leotards were a different shade.

I was reluctant to order a size 16 pant for my son who is 11 and average size. He has longer legs and average torso. Pants came - all but a few inches on the hem that I planned to take up anyway. They fit perfectly, with room to grow. Longevity - they stand up to frequent cold washes and I tend not to iron once dried, flattened and folded. Ready to wear.
