Called them in an effort to help them Recover a person they had Bonded out of Johnson County Jail. I attempted to provide the Agent working in the office who said 'excuse me Sir! I have clients sitting here in front of me'. Busy collecting money, rather than ensuring those have Bonded out Appear? Strange way to operate. While ultimately the person Bonded out will have to pay. Losing money on a Failure to Appear doesn't seem like an efficient operation.
