Orli missed my call but called back within half an hour. He was easy to work with, he showed up early for our appointment, he wore a mask, and he had a written quote to me within 48 hours. As far as pricing, he was very competitive vs the company we went with, priced about the same on some items and as much as 20% cheaper on others. I would have no hesitancy using him in the future. They have logical and flexible policies for pricing, and for letting the customer decide how much snow might be "too little" for them to come out. One time, I had a special concern about getting a new washing machine delivered through my snowy yard. The supervisor came out to make sure it would go smoothly. Last year was my 2nd year with them. I look forward to working with them again. I wish I could find other kinds of help with their attitudes.
