It was our first time ever boarding a pet so I had a lot of "what if's" and lots of questions were answered. I highly recommend them. I was able to text them and get almost immediate responses when we were away which I was very pleased with. We also got cute doggie report cards at the end of each day. If you need a place to board your dog or even just need to get your pup groomed I can't recommend them enough. They really do care about the doggies and your peace of mind when you're away.

Better than PetSmart!…read more We were referred by our friend who has a 17-yr-old terrier mix. At first we were leery and wary of a "school" where "students" are just starting out and learning. We love our little 6-lb shih tzu Sofie and of course want what's best for her. After some not great experiences with PetSmart (nothing terrible, Sofie just didn't like them and they weren't as detailed with her cuts), we decided to try USPG. When they asked us how we wanted her full groom, they showed photos of different face shapes, different cuts, etc. I am a visual person and enjoyed seeing examples. I wanted to keep the black on her ears and the white/black on her tail. The receptionist made notes of everything! Sofie loved them and her first cut was a success! They gave her a full teddy bear face and kept her ears how I like them (black tips just lightly trimmed), and cleaned up her tail. Overall, it was a very positive experience! Would definitely take Sofie there again.

I found…read moreMelinda's website and thought they were a little expensive for my budget but I found myself coming back to it for several months. I messaged her sporadically and she answered all of my questions which made me feel comfortable. I ended up going on a work trip to Salt Lake City in March 2018 and figured this was meant to be. I got in touch with Melinda to see if I could visit the cutest puppy she had posted online. She quoted me for the puppy at that time. Later, she said he would be a tiny teacup therefore driving the price up but assured me she would honor the initial price. She gave me some time alone with the puppy and told me about his personality which I appreciated very much. From my observations, the dogs appeared to be of great quality and the way she cared for them was as if they were her own babies. The puppies were mostly potty trained and socialized which was important to me. She made the pick up incredibly easy. I drove to her ranch and she had given my puppy Ramon a few natural bones, a blanket, and his favorite toy. We constantly get compliments on how well behaved he is and was the star student in his behavioral classes. Fast forward, almost a year later I decided to get another dog and without a doubt in my mind wanted her to be from Lulu's Lil Aussies. I told her what I was looking for, I sent my deposit, and she sent a picture of the puppy to make sure she's what we wanted. She then sent us regular updates until I flew in to pick her up. Her husband Clark met us at the airport right on time and he made the transaction so quick and painless, especially bc he knew I was tight on time. I appreciated that gesture. If I ever get another dog it would be from Melinda again, without a doubt. Valentina and Ramon are now the loves of my life.
