I ran out of Klonopin on a Tuesday a medication they filled for me for 10 years. I didn't receive a notification that it was ready by Friday so I called my pharmacy. They said the Dr hadn't approved it yet. I called the office at 3 as soon as I found out it wasn't being approved. I tried leaving a voicemail for Isha but someone from the office just picked up. I explained what was happening and she told me they won't fill prescriptions if I haven't been seen for over 3 months. I told her I didn't know that. She said it would be in the paperwork. Ugh that was 10 years ago I don't remember. I told her I was having extreme panic attacks due to the sudden stop of the medication. She told me there was nothing they could do. She wouldn't even offer to try to contact Isha. I made an appointment which wouldn't be for 5 more days so I decided to see if I could get a hold of Dr Malik. Same thing as with previous phone call. I hadn't slept for 3 days because I have restless legs and that is what the medication is prescribed for me for. So another sleepless night and get up Saturday crying shaking head feeling like it could explode, ringing in my ears, shaking, jumpy. I look up Dr Google and it says to never stop Klonopin abruptly that it causes all the symptoms I was having as well as strokes and seizures. I called the office again at 11:00 am and talked to an emergency line that told me they were going to try to get a hold of a Dr. It is 2:00 in the morning now. I never got a call and I will be awake again. They DO NOT Care! I could literally die. I have never abused medication. I get my 30 day supply and refill it after 30 days but since I've been taking it for 20+ years so my body is used to it. I have not felt cared for by them for years but it was easy to do a zoom visit and be done. I never expected anything like this to happen. Terrible horrible thing to put someone through because you're lazy.

I started working with a therapist that specialized in trauma therapy. About two months into treatment this therapist decides to leave and seek employment elsewhere. My case was then assigned to a therapist who specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy about a week later I was transferred to a therapist who turned out to be a child specialist. I figured sure go ahead and try out this specialist. I was already going in with a sense of abandonment to add to my existing condition. About half a year with this specialist and the therapist begins to get snarky with me. I hit my breaking point last month when my therapist did not respect my boundary when I asked to switch to a different topic it was met with the response "well we don't have to do therapy today. We can just cancel if you'd like." During our active session. This was the final strike. Not only was I just passed around the office twice but, now I'm being disrespected by possibly the last person I'd ever think would do such a thing. I abruptly canceled any future sessions with this therapist and I am actively going back to better help.

My son (age 5) and I have been going to Essentially You Counseling & Wellness for 6 months now…read more Our goals are centered around behavior therapy and improving social-emotional regulation. Unfortunately, we have been through 4 social workers/counselors in only the last few years: 2 through Early Intervention and 2 in private practice. One thing that I was specifically looking for were strategies and resources to help support me and my child. Emily Reed has been great with providing these! It has been helpful to have her perspective and the resources. Her schedule has also worked with ours. Anyone looking for therapies understands that there are often long wait lists, and evening hours are tough to come by. We were lucky to get in with Emily and to secure an evening spot that worked in our schedule. Emily is a great communicator: she has been super quick to respond via their Spruce app/portal and via email. She has also been great in reaching out to my child's school social worker at my request, and was persistent in doing so when there was an upcoming meeting to discuss the very concerns that we see Emily for. I appreciate her due diligence. They also offer teletherapy services. I have seen Kati a handful of times myself. Because of family and work logistics, the only possibility was teletherapy. Kati worked with me to find a time that worked in my busy schedule. In all, going to Essentially You Counseling has been an overwhelmingly positive experience thus far, and they earn my recommendation!

No integration or processing...just a lot of nothing... I thought they were in it for the good of helping people get their meds and dismissed their mistakes over and over in good faith but these two scam artists are just in it for the money - Ally is the owner and the problem - Tana is just her pawn with more credentials - very sweet but not able to keep things straight and then try to make me the bad guy - nope. I put up with a lot from them. I know there are better facilities but this was close and easy for awhile. Together they have zero clue what they are doing. That's 100% obvious - Totally messed up my long term disability leave due to messing up dates and information. Messed up my treatment this week with no notice to make other arrangements. There is no actual doctor at this practice - there are no actual trained mental health professionals - just a couple of nurses writing scripts. It's kinda crazy. They lie to patents, bait & switch people, cause panic attacks over stupid stuff and try to charge you for their mistakes - when they can't keep their own vacation schedules straight - it's really sad and frustrating dealing with them. I personally hope they lose their licensing for spravato and scripts after the way they have mistreated me - the stories I have documented over the last year are wild. Telling me you are writing scripts for your husband so you can take them is unethical and you should not joke about it with anyone especially not your patient. I don't care if it's an antibiotic or not your ethics are poor. It's not cute or funny. PS the owner Ally's laugh is super obnoxious while people are in treatment - they would be goofing around joking / talking outside the treatment room - totally unprofessional - no noise cancelation or white noise can combat that laugh - I can't tell you how many times I've listened to you talking to your clients about their meds?!? No confidentiality here.... Look elsewhere - I'm sure a better clinic will open up in the next year if I have anything to say about it.

First of all, they were suggested to me by the Kenneth Young center, which I find odd in retrospect. I was told at the start that every attempt would be made to achieve consistency. But suspiciously, I was discouraged by Ursula the nurse to try to meet any of the caregivers to give them a tour of where things are in my 88 year old mother's house. Then I found out why: Over a period of about 2 and a half months my mom has had 15 or more different people coming to her house. Her schedule is by no means demanding: Just 4 hours 6 nights a week and 5 hours two days a week. 2 or 3 people should easily be able to cover such a schedule. I never realized the vast amount of different people because all the invoices come 2 weeks after the date. One woman seemed to come regularly and my mom liked her and the caregiver knew what to do, but often it was some new person filling in a shift who a) my mom didn't know and b) didn't know what to do or how to do it. About four times no one showed up at all, and once a woman left early because she had to drive to another town to care for someone. Because of the inconsistency of staff, the quality of work really suffered. I think they tried and it certainly wasn't the caregiver's fault, but they just had no idea what was going on. More importantly, it really soured my mom on having caregivers come at all because it was like being invaded by an unhelpful stranger all the time. I complained about this to the manager and she told me they were understaffed and having a major crisis. Previous to that, I had complained about the inconsistency to Ursula and she told me the caregivers just picked up whatever shift they wanted and the managers had no control over it! This is not the impression I was given when we signed up. I feel I was lied to more or less. When I finally realized how many people were coming, I complained once again and was told in a vague way they would talk about it at their next meeting. All in all I complained to three of the upper management and they did absolutely nothing. In fact, there was a lot of passing of the buck. Home Instead is the company I switched to and they took the time to design a schedule with 3 caregivers for my mom. I'm sorry this business is having problems; perhaps the quality will improve when they lose enough clients. I called to cancel service and told them I'd be quitting in 2 days, the last day being Wednesday. Guess what, *no one* came to my mother's house that last day. I had to go help my mom on what should have been a day off.
