Over the next couple weeks, I had to keep calling, and each time I got a different excuse--part needed, delays, then backorder with no ETA. When I said I'd pick it up on May 26th, it suddenly became "ready" the same day, which makes me question how much was actually done. At home, I realized they forgot the power cord. The machine was still dusty and feels worse than before. I paid $400, and it looks like all they did was adjust the tension. Poor communication and not worth the money.

As I sit here in the 90 degree house, I am grinding my teeth about this company. I picked them to…read moredo an urgent 3 ton typical residential replacement 11 months ago. Just got home for being away and half of the house is hot and wet because the system failed. I started calling at 4:45. Still no response. Worse yet, their on call answering system and contact system at the website are AI. Total mess! Worse yet. Never wanted them to do the job, but it was urgent, my wife was just out of major surgery, and our go-to AC company needed more time. Compared to some of the bigger players around, these guys are not comparable. The finished job is not even close. I did not find all of the air handler pieces left behind until a month later. My wife was the priority at the time, not cleaning up for this bunch. They swiped my GPS NBPI device inside the existing AHU. When the owner visited, he was condescending. He totally ignored two requests that I made, and foolishly thought we were getting. The installation took place on a stormy day and the crew had to handle the attic heat and outdoor downpours. As is normal, we tipped them in cash and beer. Little did we know what was left behind. Bottom lines 1. The human answering the phone at our go to AC company is at work, just talked to them. Not a peep from east coast after hours. 2. We paid a premium for them because of a difficult situation. In hindsight, looks like they took advantage which is very sad. 3. We should have stayed out of the house either with friends or a hotel so that we could have waited for the real Pros. So, be aware of east coast. They do not deliver the value that some other companies provide at a minimum. Worse, is that they do not have a business that support products after installation. Very sad.

We were having problems with our GE French Door Refrigerator/Freezer Model GSS25IYNPHFS. It was…read moremaintaining the correct temperatures but it was building up Frost and the ice that was made was melting and sticking together. There was a lot of moisture inside the freezer. I had already had one local repairman from Cooper City come in and he took apart the ice maker, said water flow was too strong to the unit, added some silver tape, put it back and charged us and said give it a week and call back if it was the same. Well, in 2 days it was the same and I called back but after making an appointment and missing it and never called back. The guy didn't know what he was doing. So, I looked up reviews in Yelp and saw that IFixExpress had numerous excellent reviews I called to schedule a visit. Andrew, the owner, answered the call. I explained the situation. He made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and began to work. He checked to ensure there was not warm air getting into the freezer from seals or the ice dispenser door. All was good. He then systematically check out all other possibilities and discovered that the Defrost Thermostat was working but instead of turning on and off as designed it was working continuously which was creating our problems. He had the part in his truck, replaced it, put all the parts he removed to get to it, cleaned up and charged a reasonable amount for the visit, part, and labor. From theat point forward, no more frost, water inside the freezer, and ice that freezes together in large chunks. We are very happy with IFixExpress and Andrew. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and charged a very reasonable price. Will call them again for any appliance issues we have.
