A different but delicious take on icecream! We came on a Saturday around 2, and we were so pleasantly surprised at the service and the rolled icecream. There are tons of menu options, but we decided to pick from the specials. We got the s'mores, coffee and brownie, and Cookie Monster rolled icecream. There was no one in line before us, so they immediately started making our ice creams. I was with children, and we were interested to see how this was made. While we were watching, the staff talked to us and were engaged and made the kids laugh. I thought that was so nice! It was pretty cool that we were able to see how each one of ours was made. It also smelled delicious! I got the coffee and brownie, and I'm obsessed with this style of icecream. They are rolled pretty thin and then topped with all of the toppings. It is a little difficult to eat at first, but once it melts a bit, it is much easier. Normally, icecream hurts my stomach, but this did not so I was able to eat my whole serving lol. I loved how they really topped the icecream too. I got plenty of flavor from each bite. We sat outside but the inside was very clean. This is in a shopping complex, so there are tons of places to park and easy to find. I'll be back! read more

What a great place to get dessert in Baton Rouge! I really like the texture of their liquid nitrogen ice cream. They have bubble waffles and ice cream alone. Definitely shareable, with the waffles that we got I wish they had more ice cream just to balance out with the amount of bubble waffle that we got. This was our first experience with rolled ice cream and we couldn't be happier! The hubs and I stopped in about an hour before closing after a round of mini golf. This seems to be a family owned business and the people there were super friendly. The interior was super clean and had this fun but zen quality to it. We were mesmerized watching our ice cream being made and the guy making it didn't seem to mind at all being stared at while he worked. It was like an art performance. And the taste, so, sooooo delicious and creamy. The Sweet Sunshine is so light and refreshing. The Dark Knight was chewy (in an awesome way), and rich, and just chocolatey yummy! Awesome rolled ice cream but average boba tea. We like this place for rolled ice cream over freezing cow. They have more selection and the ice cream is less icy and smoother than freezing cow's. The taste is also better. The boba tea on the other hand is not really good. The boba Thai tea I ordered tasted a little more like chocolate than actually Thai tea. So to begin with we stopped by here after some intense Pokemon go playing. With our sugar levels depleted we decided to give a local rolling Ice cream and boba tea place a try! I've never been a huge fan of rolling Ice cream considering your essentially paying for the aesthetic then actual taste and volume. Artic Bites gave me a wow experience to begin with, the atmosphere was awesome ! Very clean place with K-pop music playing which I loved as well as very friendly and helpful workers. I didn't try their boba tea but I will definitely be back to try it next time, we got two of their specialty rolling Ice creams, the Mango Tango and Green Hulk. The mango Tango was the star of the show, real mangos not the canned stuff I've seen at other rolling Ice cream places! The mango rolling Ice cream also had a flavor Pocky stick as well as a torched marshmallow to really compliment the sweetness from the mango cream and condense milk! The green tea was really solid as well, they paired it with a green tea Pocky and fruity pebbles which works really well! The slight bitterness of the green tea which they used actual Asian green tea of high quality that tasted awesome! The fruity pebbles gave it a contrasting sweetness to the slight bitterness of the green tea creme. Overall I am very satisfied and can actually say I enjoyed a rolling Ice cream place for once!
