Really wanted. We did find it elsewhere but when we tried to return the original pair the same day, we where told NO Refunds. This is not how you stay in business. I wasnt asking for a new helmet, I wanted them to repair the plastic insert, which is a relatively new item in bike helmets, and more of a nuisance than anything. As such Ive had to reach out to Garneau to see if they would help. The one thing I have noticed whenever I go to this store is the ATTITUDE. Is it because im an Anglo? I dont know. They only have one employee per section regardless of the number of customers. So the wait times are pretty long. They also have very low stock so sometimes you'll get lucky and get what you were looking for specifically but sometimes you won't. What else could you ask for? Emma, showed us around the store and was helpful and knowledgeable. There are racks and racks organized by style, size, and level of warmth. I will admit, some of their styles are somewhat dated. However, they do have some that are more modern and can certainly compete with any of the other winter coats out there on the market. What I like best about this place is that they truly stand by their product. Lifetime warranty anyone? Only Canada Goose will give you that. They're at a similar price point too. Nobis is made in China and their warranty is only for two years. Oh, another really cool thing about Kanuk is that you can choose your own fur. Fur costs extra, so don't be surprised. But it's like customizing your coat. If you would like synthetic, they have options too. The store/space is currently being renovated so I'm looking forward to the revamp!
